thank you for the delivery but it was found that one of the side legs was damaged the 2 dowels holding the leg to the side strut were broken I have since put sealant in the joint to stabilise it and make it weather proof

It took over 4 weeks for the item to arrive despite the website saying 1-2, I queried this and was told it was an ‘indication’. The parcel (dressing tables and stool) then got lost at the warehouse, and was told another would be sent in 48 hours, it took 4 days! Eventually it finally arrived, the stool was marked in 3 places, which i notified Roseland of (with pictures), to be fair they offered to refund replace (hence 2 stars), or refund 15%. I took the discount and got the stool re-upholstered, as if I had a replacement it would probably take another month. So all in, I won’t use this company again and I won’t be recommending them either.

Hello Julie Green We are sorry that there have been issues with your item, as soon as you informed us we sent another set to you the next day, it does take 1-3 working days to deliver from processing. The bedroom furniture we have is of excellent quality and we are very pleased with it. Not so pleased that our original order was lost and this resulted in a longer wait for delivery.

The furniture took a long time to arrive and when opened up, the dressing table top had a nasty scratch on it. It was the worst place to be damaged as it was the first you would have seen. Disappointed that quality control allowed it to be sent out. I am told another wait of 8 weeks is to be expected.

Disappointed as our wardrobe arrived damaged with 3 hinges broken and cracks in the unit and a bad scuff on the side. We are now waiting for it to be picked up and exchanged for another.

came well packaged. Not pleased with it, but can't be bothered with all the hassle of sending it back. Darker than I expected, what looks like two draws is just one big draw with two handles. Inside the draws its sectioned in three with cheap chipboard. The whole back of the unit is cheap chipboard.

The pictures do show the drawer as one in the webpage photos, also there is a description of materials used, I do believe that the separators can be removed from the drawers. Was disappointed in quality of furniture, bit light weight for solid oak. Also some drawers were ill fitting and odd dowel not fitted properly. Overall given the reasonable cost of items I was mostly happy with purchase.

I'm not commenting about the product. However it wasn't as I thought it would be and would like to return the item. It is a headboard. I thought it would be sturdier. I've tried to start the return process and it's proving impossible. I'm hoping not to run out of time to return. If I eventually succeed I will be charged at least £20! I find this is unacceptable. Please HELP!!!

ordered 2 item over the past few months both arrived damaged. First item about 10 emails numerous phone calls and about 5 no show appointments for a return. same thing is currently happening again 10 days and still not picked up.

not a good standard.A lot of money for the product would have thought could have had a higher standard of finish would we have any more furniture at that price the answer is no we should have gone to argos and had the same type of prouducts for half the price

Ordering process was easy and stress free , but once it got to point of delivery was nothing but trouble. Was supposed to be received 30 June. Still not recieved , no new delivery date and no responses to querys via email or paypal disputes.

Still waiting for a bed delivery (which is advertised as 3-5 working days) after 17 days. It is still with the courier and ROSELAND furniture are unable to resolve this. Very disappointing.

The reason I had to cancel your order was because your Couriers could not find my address, which I find unbelievable when anyone else can find it with no problems. It had nothing to do with your furniture, which I find very satisfactory.

The ordering process was fine but on this occasion, Roseland was let down by its delivery. I didn't get delivery updates, the tracking was not updated, and I couldn't track the order without installing the delivery company app (and then it proved impossible to create an account). I tried to change the delivery day as the order wasn't delivered on the day I had expected but this couldn't be done without having an account on the app!! Roseland told me to leave a note on the door to deliver the following day but the order was left in my back courtyard (which meant someone had climbed over the fence and unlocked the gate). It's just a good job it wasn't raining and the item was extremely well packed.

Disappointed that my items arrived damaged, they were not well protected inside a cardboard box which was severely damaged on arrival. Have raised the issue with Roseland and hoping it can be resolved satisfactorily as per company consumer rights.
