I ordered an armchair with the expected delivery of 4-6 weeks, after endless chasing and being told 'it will be another week' I received it 12 and half weeks after ordering. If I had been given time honest timeline at the start I wouldn't have chosen them.

This review was solicited by email Alfie 4 seater sofa purchased November 21st Shipping estimate 4-6 weeks This product was delivered on February 10th almost 12 weeks after the order date. If the shipping time was 12 weeks just state the estimate on the website as 6-12 weeks instead of saying 4-6 weeks. The 4-6 week estimate was a big part of my purchasing decision and it was false information. I also paid full price for the product and then it was on sale for a much lower price 6 weeks before I received it. Word of warning on the false shipping estimates on Roseland Furniture

A few issues with this company. Firstly they take payment for items which are "available" but take 4-6 weeks to deliver, secondly when my item of furniture arrived it was damaged in 2 places on the front of the cabinet, the damage had been painted over so had not happened in transit and had clearly passed QC in that state. I contacted them immediately and provided photos of the damage, they offered me a 10% reduction to keep the item however as the damage was on the front of the cabinet I requested 20% which I thought was completely reasonable. There were then several emails back and forth but the long and short of it was that they refused to offer any more than £50 a 16.6% reduction or they would collect the item but I would have to repack it. As I had cut off the packaging to open the item this wasn't possible and they advised I would have to wait a further 4-6 weeks for delivery although this was later reduced to 1-2 weeks. I am sure it would cost them a lot more than £50 to return and resupply me with a replacement item so they were just being unreasonable. Dealing with this company's customer service department was extremely frustrating and it was not possible to speak to a manager at any point. The quality of the furniture is pretty poor, the draws don't fit well in the unit, it's cheap imported furniture and overpriced for the quality but that said it still looks nice in my kitchen!

Initially i was really pleased with the customer service, with an email saying my order had been dispatched within a few days. A month after placing my order i received an email saying that the order had never been processed and had not been dispatched. I would have thought a proportionate part refund, as a goodwill gesture, might have been appropriate, no such offer was made. I'm yet to receive my sofa

Console table arrived badly damaged due to the item being poorly packaged, with the separation of pieces only covered in brown paper. We have returned item for a refund.

The design, size and colour of the bedside cupboard that I ordered were just right. The first one to arrive had many faults and the company were very professional and quick to sort out the matter of returning and replacing the item. The replacement had only one, minor, visible defect that I’m happy to live with. I won’t be purchasing anything else from Roseland Furniture because they are being let down by their manufacturer in Vietnam. At this price point the manufacturing standards seem too low. The raw material, wood, is poorly prepared with many ragged edges and surface defects. The sprayed paint finish barely covers the necessary surfaces. The overall effect is what I would describe as a slightly tacky ‘tourist piece’, something that looks lovely on the surface but look a little more carefully and be prepared for disappointment. It’s a pity that my confidence in this company to produce a reasonably made piece of furniture has been lost.

Item was out of stock for several months. When it arrived was badly damaged. Was offered a partial refund even though the item was clearly unusable. Telephoned 3 times before I got a satisfactory response. Replacement item is still out of stock so having to wait another 6 weeks for a replacement

Small damage to unit pictures sent and and a £20 refund offered. I emailed back (twice, a week apart) asking for £30 and have heard nothing The sister unit we bought from them has square edges and the new unit has bevelled ones, so the units don’t actually match. No overly impressed and doubt I’ll buy from them again

We were disappointed with the delivery times of the two products we ordered. The website claimed that delivery would be 5-10 working days from dispatch. When I contacted Roseland Furniture to query when our order would be delivered, they confirmed dispatch on 9th December so we had expected our order to arrive before Christmas and were disappointed that it wasn't delivered until 4th January. One package was wet at one end and appeared to have been stored in damp conditions.

The furniture we received is lovely,however we only received half of out order and now having to wait another 6 weeks for the rest of it and haven't been updated much on what is happening with the missing items.

Absolutely love the look of the sideboard and had loads of compliments. However, it did arrive with 2 chipped marks as per photos which is disappointing and I bought in advance of room renovation so was unfortunately opened after the 14 days return entitlement had run out.

Ordered in October to hopefully receive it in our new home in time for christmas. Delivery was a disaster, damaged the sofa and interior walls in our new home. Will not buy again and we have some big purchases still to buy for our new home so they have missed out on our business.
