this is the second time that I have received furniture from Roseland that is damaged (not due to transit), and to be honest it's a struggle at my age to contact them to complain. won't be using again

When I removed the considerable amount of packing around the Cupboard, I found the top right magnetic catch hanging loose. Looked as though the catch had been walloped.

I'm happy with my purchase thankyou. Im not happy with price. It was on your website when I purchased for £119.95. You emailed and said there was an error and the item should be £169.95. And as a good will I needed to pay an extra £30 making £149.95 as that was your lowest price I agreed and paid the £30. It is now £118.97.?????

The item I ordered never arrived, as the delivery company chosen by Roseland was terrible. After three failed deliveries, I cancelled my order and went elsewhere. It cost me a lot of time and effort and I would not order from Roseland again because of it. A quick Google revealed that the delivery company was inept, so Roselands have to take some responsibility for using such a terrible firm.

One of the worst companies I have dealt with. Were not able to provide delivery information, despite me explaining I did not live at the property. Promised I would be notified the day before so I could make arrangements then later claimed this was an error. Original parcel left at site reception but when unpacked was damaged. Tried to make arrangements to swap the damaged door but apparently it couldn’t be done. Received replacement cupboard - dumped on the drive of an empty property - luckily slightly better condition, although it is not stable. Packaged up original & arranged for collection from reception - no one turned up. Have now rearranged collection but have no confidence they will a) turn up or b) go to the correct place despite numerous emails. Unfortunately I wouldn’t use again & wouldn’t recommend.

Whilst I would like to give a better review, unfortunately for me personally, I have purchased three pieces of furniture all with defects, which is very disappointing. I agreed partial refund on two pieces, but the third was quite bad so agreed exchange. However, exchange had large scratch so did agree partial refund but disappointed. To add to problem, courier didn’t collect return item on day booked and I had all the trouble of trying to get this collected, so not a good experience sorry.

Ordered a Chichester large bookcase. It arrived damaged. We managed to repair it ourselves and was offered a £40 refund, which we accepted. Ordered a 2nd one, because they were positioned either side of a fireplace in our study. It arrived so badly damaged it was beyond repair. Told I have to wait 12 weeks for a replacement!!!! Very very disappointed Would not use this Company again.

We received the first sideboard with a damaged edge and had to return this. The second one delivered was not damaged as such, but the quality and finish is poor for the price we paid. The grooves on the top at either end are not of the same width, the back has poor finish and what looks like glue marks that have run down the whole back, so could not be shown from that side. We could have bought better from IKEA ( for half the price) and won’t buy from you or recommend you to anyone. I am happy to send photos but this review will not allow me .

Can’t fault their customer service but found the product to be of poor quality. Not only arrived damaged but the quality of the actual product was also poor - eg poorly cut wood making rough edges on the product.

Table was delivered damaged and not quite best quality. It didn’t help that the delivery team could hardly lift the table out of their lorry and so asked to open it in the road and bring in piece by piece which they did. As the damage was very slight I kept the table to show my husband but he decided we shouldn’t keep it. Was offered a £70 reduction (table cost £650). Arranged a return but have to wait up to 10 days to be picked up and get a refund which isn’t good. We also have to repack it as the delivery men took all the packaging away, a disaster really and still waiting to hear from warehouse!

Previous purchases were good but the latest delivery arrived broken and it has now been over three weeks and there is no information on any replacement or pickup of the item which is sitting in it's box at my house taking up a lot of space.

I ordered an ivory bookcase. The delivery was quick, although I found communicating a safe place with the delivery company impossible - their website was very complicated, and I needed to set up an account etc. In the end, I gave up, and they left it outside my house. Thankfully, my neighbour took it in. The bookcase turned out to be grey, not ivory. I sent it back - a quick and efficient process, although I was charged £20. Five days on from it having been picked up, I am still awaiting notification of them having received it, and information about when my refund will be made. I've not been massively impressed, I have to admit.

Thank you for your review. If you would like to leave instructions for a safe place in the future then please just add a note when placing the order on the website. Unfortunately, once the goods have already been despatched, it can be tricky to then get these instructions to the delivery driver. I can see that your refund was processed yesterday 11.10.21 when the goods arrived back into our warehouse. I am sorry that you have not been impressed by this. Kind regards Roseland Furniture

The furniture was quite nice but the delivery service was a shambles. The customer service team gave me incorrect information when I sought to clarify the arrangements - this was subsequently corrected in a less than friendly or helpful manner by a subsequent member of the customer service team. I would not buy anything from this company again.

Should I be asking for a replacement? Please see attached photos. Workmanship not great. Not expecting an absolute top class piece of furniture at this price but should be able to do better than this.

Easy to buy from but delivery awful. First delivery damaged, Roseland contacted but only responded once. Courier company very bad. No communication, collection delivery at random times.Eventually sorted out. The Vietnamese furniture itself (the one not damaged) ids OK for budget prices. Delivery / courier / lack of comma Roseland and courier will put us off ordering again. Many people will be lucky and gave an A1 seamless transaction.

Really disappointing. Flimsy. Looks suitable for student accommodation but not much else. Would be better to look in IKEA
