Furniture is fine, but getting it delivered was atrocious. Website said 2 to 3 days , turns out 4 to 6 weeks. Had to keep ringing to find out what was happening Gave a time it couldn't be delivered as we were away. Guess when they tried to deliver! XDP were even worse, you cannot contact them at all. They then turned up without letting me know, I just happened to be at home. Neat day chap tried to deliver again but he couldn't find item on his van. He was panicking as he didn't have it. Told that's because it arrived unannounced day before. Will not be buying from Roseland again as cannot trust you will get item.

Hello Gillian, Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry that the carrier let you down. The item at the time of order placement had a long lead time, the items arrived to be distributed earlier than expected. We apologise if this was missed at the point of order. Very poor service - order 2 items of furniture which was advertised as 1-3 days delivery - was duly notified by courier after a couple of days that they had received th consignment ... and then nothing. Emailed Roseland who apparently could do little to help except email the courier company on my behalf-they would not/could not phone them. Eventually after 5 days with nothing they finally agreed to a full refund - pleased to get refund but not impressed with service overall.

Hello, We are sorry that you were let down by the carrier, unfortunately, they had misrouted the item o the wrong delivery depot. This caused a temporary delay. The delivery is as stated in 1-3 working days, the items would have been delivered within the time stated if this error had not occurred. Had nothing but trouble with this company from start to finish. The courier service they use only operates Mon to Fri and they can only contact them by email, hence when my order wasn't delivered on time even though the tracking said it had been delivered it took ages to sort out. I cancelled the order and then 2 days later it arrived, I decided to keep it as the thought of going through all that process again was just too much.

Dear Michael Whiteaway. Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry the delivery was not to expectations. Our main contact with them is through email, this is so when communications are sent we have in writing any notes /agreements in writing. We can call them but most times it takes up to 30 minutes to get through as they do not just deliver for Roseland. Email is more efficient for us to make contact. Love my bookcase, easy to navigate web page no issues with payment or choosing a delivery date. But I would never purchase from you again sorry but the delivery service is the worst I have used ok app. Basically dumped the 2 person delivery at the door. I guess company care more about profit than product and customer care. I have raised as an issue and the answers is in summary not our problem you bought it, we delivered it and the label that states 2 people to move is advice. Not sure that would stand up in front of the health and safety executive when one of your delivery team is injured. I love the piece, nice just won’t be back

Hi, I'm still waiting on my order. The order was supposed to be delivered middle of last week & failed. The courier then tried to deliver by 7am today at my work address. I've requested the order to be delivered between 9am - 4 pm. Monday - Friday. Not received a response back. Regards

I have emailed twice about a missing draw knob for the chest of draws… and no response. It’s a shame because apart from that I was happy with them but now they clearly don’t look assembled as paid for

Made an order on 10th April 2022, item arrived on 30th April 2022. I had to make calls to enquire about delivery which went way over the 3 to 5 working day delivery. Had no communication with delivery people until the day of delivery. Sad to say that I will not be shopping with Roseland Furniture again as even communication from them was not good.

Extremely dissatisfied with the delivery as we ordered it 17 days ago it's still hasn't been delivered!! we've phoned twice but just get told the 2 delivery nen will be in touch, which hasn't happened yet, if it proceeds to the end of this wk we will be demanding a refund!! As to quality we obviously can't comment.

What a nightmare! x 2 items from same range arrived-2 different shades of white- chest of drawers ok/tv unit more cream-they did not agree at first even with photos-they could not guarantee a new one would be the same shade as drawers! so had to buy another tv unit from elsewhere (different to what I wanted)-should have been picked up last Thursday-stayed in all day no one came am now awaiting new pick up date- Have to say the chest of drawers is of poor workmanship-easily scratches on painted part, just opening the drawers/small chips in that have been painted over! I would never buy furniture from this firm again

The service was not satisfactory, I kept getting updates which just said ‘item at depot’ it caused me stress and when I tried to get a refund.. the item eventually turned up. This was not a good experience for me I’m afraid - the product is nice but the service was bad

Goods arrived damaged, we were offered a £35 discount but meanwhile found the same goods at Dunelm just in a slightly wider size for a cheaper price. Disappointing really

Delspite ordering some 3 weeks ago to date we have not received our order. Your courier was given instructions on where to leave if not at home but this appears to have been ignored and a card left asking us to contact their office.

Supposed to delivered 2 to 3 days, not 11? quality of the items was very poor, made in Vietnam or thrown together would be a better description, no I wouldn't purchase again,I would rather pay extra and view what I am going to purchase, you should open a box and check its quality?

Our Malaga 6 Seat Deluxe Stacking 140cm Rattan Dining Set glass table top arrived with scratch marks. I emailed Roseland on 12/04/2022 highlighting this and requested a replacement. I have heard nothing so far. Photo of scratch attached. Yours sincerely Robert Hughes

Sorry to say but because of the carrier XPD and lack of delivering my bookcase I had to get my money back. So I won’t be using Roseland again because of this Very disappointed ☹️
