Furniture fine but the customer service terrible and that's the reason why I buy the furniture for the second room somewhere else now

The small sideboard was not finished off to my satisfaction. The shelf inside was not veneer and the backing was ply wood. At the base of the legs at the back A piece of ordinary rough wood has been put. Why wasn't this veneer to match?

Website is good, with a huge range of attractive-looking furniture. Our order was dealt with quickly and efficiently and delivery prompt with good tracking of timing. We had an issue with the quality of one the three items, but a return was agreed (for a £30 fee) and refund issued without any hassle.

My original order was unfortunately damaged when it arrived and although I received a quick response from Roseland Furniture when I sent a photo as requested on their website, I felt the returns process was slightly long winded as I then had to complete and online form and had to wait for a further reply regarding a replacement. It would be quicker if they included all the details regarding returns on the website. I also didn’t receive any prior email notification from the courier companies they use regarding delivery and collection of my damaged unit so hadn’t arranged for the unit to be left in a safe place. It would have been useful to have been able to speak to a member of their customer service team regarding arranging collection of the original unit instead of just email correspondence.

I am very pleased with my tv stand, good quality and attractive. Was not, however, pleased with delivery. I was given no notification of when it would be delivered and on the one day I went out arrived home to find a card saying tried to deliver. It had in fact been delivered to my neighbour across the road (surely items should not be delivered to other people’s houses at present.) As I am 81 I had to rely on the kindness of my young neighbour to bring into my house.

The web site needs to indicate wait times, can be 12 weeks. Also Roseland should be more willing to split orders to deliver itms which are in stock. Money is tken at order but long waits.

When I ordered this it was make as dispatched within 35 minutes but this wasn't actually the case it took 4 days dispatch it and a Corrie was absolutely useless but Indian coffee table to turn up but wasn't minimal assembly at all all so how to make some say it's minimal assembly I don't know but having said that a coffee table looks ok

Good delivery and the burnt orange colour looks great but the seat is very hard and not that comfortable to sit on.

Received damaged sideboard. Only contact is by email. After photos sent a collection was arranged for pick up. Keeping in mind you get a couple of hours notice for this. I got 10mkns notice by text for delivery. Have had to chase up my refund hope to have it in next few days. Decided not to reorder as the quality of the sideboard wasn't too good. Doors did not sit right and a few marks on the cream doors. Would I use Roseland again prob not.

Bought a dinning table. Arrived damaged but managed to fix myself. Filler has been used to fix imperfections on table top. Not the best product, not worth the money payed.

I’m sure the product was excellent quality but could not keep it as the couriers they use refused to carry it upstairs to my flat and it weighed far too much for me to carry on my own. I’m sure this will be an ongoing problem for many especially during this Pandemic. I had to sadly get the driver to take it back.

Unfortunately the wrong item was delivered, but replacement was quick. The wrong item delivered still has not been collected, this is day 12 and still no notification given when the item will be collected.

Decent quality furniture, although unfortunately one piece arrived scratched/dented. Information re delivery times changed after purchase, and we were told that the in stock items wouldn’t be sent until all of the order had arrived. The delivery company that Roseland use is useless - tracking is non existent and it’s a premium cost phone number to get in touch with them

Disappointed in second small sideboard colour slightly different which was the London oak colour and draws not snug the first sideboard large was fine but not second one

5* furniture, 1* customer service I bought the furniture in advance of moving house and had the items delivered to my old address. The items were very securely packaged and I asked Roseland if I could delay inspecting the furniture until I had taken to my new property (due to CV this was 3 weeks away), but they said ‘No’! The service I received was delayed (2-3 days to respond to my email - there is seemingly no tel number), impersonal (no names were given) and inflexible. The product was good and they should have move confidence in it and their packaging. If i had had a problem with the goods I worry about how any complaints would have been handled.

So my review has 2 parts. The coffee table and tv stand are really lovely, great quality and were easy to assemble. I would purchase from Roseland in regards to the products. However, the designated delivery company, XDP really let it down. They caused us such a headache. The company misplaced the tv stand but said it was delivered when the coffee table came. We told Roseland and they dispatched another. Without warning, the replacement was attempted when we were out and recorded as delivered and again, finally delivered, so it eventually arrived. Roseland did their best to keep us informed and communicated well throughout. But it makes us reluctant to order again if this courier service is the designated delivery method.

Roseland staff were helpful and furniture is good quality for the price. Only real issue was the delivery process. It was unclear and delivery men very grumpy and made no effort to protect our paintwork as they came in. 6.00am delivery was not helpful either!

The delivery of the furniture was in 3 parts which was inconvenient. I received contradictory emails which was unhelpful. The quality of the furniture is ok but not the best. I guess you get what you pay for.
