Prompt efficient service with regard to order and delivery however, paintwork on one item is not good and an inner shelf failed to arrive for the other.

Disappointed with the shelves in the bookcase, the photo gives the impression that they are solid wood whereas in reality they are quite thin with a piece of wood at the front giving the impression that they are in fact quite thick, also, the delivery wasn’t too good, the driver left it at the front door and just took off without knocking, I only knew it was there after hearing a noise outside, I didn’t even see the driver.

A poor beginning and a poor end. I received an email informing me that all three items that I wished to order were in stock. Yet when I tried to order, the system told me that one item was still out of stock! Why tell customers that items are in stock when they they are not? This obviously caused a delay waiting for the third item to come back in stock. Poor. The items arrived within the designated time slot, and the packaging was absolutely fantastic. There was no way that these items could have been damaged in transit. When I unpacked one of the bedside tables it was obvious that two of the top edge strips were dark and one was light. I accept that natural wood comes in different shades, but surely the manufacturer could have used either three dark strips or three light strips. Roseland does not offer an exchange option. Poor.

The item is fine. Unfortunately, I stupidly misordered a CD holder instead of a DVD holder. I emailed Roseland immediately and again, asking if I could pay for delivery for an exchange, but I have heard nothing back. This is quite frustrating.

The 5 draw unit was of an acceptable quality. The drawers could be a little tighter in the width. The real downside was that the unit was delivered missing three of the five door handles. Quality control? Missing handles promised but still waiting.

I ordered the Hampshire telephone cupboard. When it arrived, despite being well packaged, there were several dents in the top and side and what looked like glue also on the wood in places. Also what looked like a couple of biro marks on the top. These dents were very visible so we contacted the company who offered a replacement, partial refund and keep the item or return the item for a full refund. We decided to go for the replacement as the marks were so visible. Sadly when the replacement item arrived this also had some visible dents in the wood which was very disappointing. We opted for the partial refund this time as the item fitted the space we had perfectly and we’d struggled to find any alternative. We were however very disappointed in the fact both items had dents and feel that the quality control of items being sent out is not good enough. The company were very quick at trying to resolve the situation but given that one item had arrived damaged we expected the replacement item would have been checked over to ensure it wasn’t damaged. We would be reluctant to order from this company again based on our experience.

Looks fine. If I had seen product in shop would not have bought it. This is because the shelves are not as thick as they appear in the pictures as they are not as thick as the front edge so they wouldn't be strong enough for heavy items. Luckily we are not going to be putting heavy items on the shelves.

The quality of the finish was poor. Outside looking good, but on the interior rough ends of wood. Staples protruding through and scratching the drawers. I have managed to file the sharp edges down. I couldn't face the hassle of sending the items back. Settled for a small refund, which was my choice. The company had offered to have the furniture back.

Ordered a TV stand and bookcase. The TV stand is very sturdy and well made, very well-packaged and efficient delivery. However the bookcase was damaged so the delivery driver did not deliver it. No customer service communication from Roseland for over a week on whether another would be arranged or a refund. Finally received a response but they were out of stock for 2-3 weeks. Since we had arranged everything for immediate install, we had to accept the refund. No fuss on that score from them. Shame really, would have been nice to have a matching set.

I am pleased with what I have received although I paid for two bedside units that said in stock my money has been taken for all the furniture but only one bedside unit received ... I’m a bit disappointed , and still waiting , but you have my money in your bank ..🤔🤔

We were not as pleased this time with our furniture as when we have previously ordered; the quality didn't seem so good but possibly because we chose from a different range. Unfortunately we have a small chip on our chest of drawers. We did not bring this to your attention as we had removed all packaging and set the drawers up by the time this was noticed. Can't fault speed of delivery though.

Very disappointed to see furniture is made in Vietnam especially when the furniture has quotes like Surrey Oak, Suffolk etc., One thinks they are buying British

The service was good and the item itself is excellent. Unfortunately it arrived slightly damaged. My life is too complicated caring for my husband to even contemplate the hassle of returning it. Just a pity as it mars an otherwise lovely piece of furniture and excellent service.

TV Unit arrived badly damaged. I contacted you immediately and your response was prompt. I sent pictures as requested. Unit was replaced shortly after and looks good. The only problem I have now is I have the old damaged Unit and am not sure whether you want it back or can I just take it to the refuge centre?

After placing my order back in november last year, my sideboard finally arrived in January only to be damaged, I will say that the Roseland Furniture where quick to rearrange a replacement, but again on arrival this one was also damaged, it's taken 3 sideboard deliverys to finally recieved one that isn't damaged, it's a shame as I was planning on ordering some bedroom furniture, but with all the faffing about I wont be.
