The ordering and delivery of the matter i ordered was very good. But the mirror was at first not sitting properly in the side brackets, it did not tilt and it was not level on the frame. A good neighbour noticed that one of the brackets on the frame was not tight enough to hold the mirror as it should. He had to tighten the clause of the bracket to make it ok. That is now acceptable but i am a widow living on my own and would otherwise have had no option but to return the item.

Have had notification that my order was dispatched on 27th jan. But nothing since. Cant even track as no idea who the carrier is. Quite disappointed.

Excellent swift service and delivery of our TV stand and bookcase. They were exactly what we wanted and we love the look of them. However the bookcase had a thin split in the wood from the top left corner down the side. We decided to “live with it” as we didn’t want the hassle of trying to return it during COVID-19.

Looks good but had some problems putting the handles on as the screws were not long enough. could be improved by putting runners on the drawers but I suppose for the money you cant expect to much. John Ingham

The sideboard was fine but the bookcase was damaged in transit & I await a refund. The delivery firms gave no notice of when they were coming until the actual day & my granddaughter had to drive 40 miles to be there to let the delivery man take the bookcase back. He wore no mask. Surely a day's notice is not too much to ask.

1st item I bought was a tv corner unit it arrived in good time and well packed it does have a number of defects with areas not painted correctly but Luckily these are at the back so not visible when the unit is in place The unit is very light and not good quality The 2nd item I purchased was a nest of tables to match the corner unit these arrived in good time and packed well and appear a little better quality than the tv unit I was a bit dismayed that google advises furniture is made in Cornwall but the tv unit came with made in Taiwan stickers ? There was also a very large price increase across the range overnight which was not advertised as when I purchased the first item this was not on sale or at a reduced rate so this has now added an extra £50 to my products I was planning to buy As it's a range I will just have to pay this, however I will never shop with Roseland again once I have completed the livingroom requirement due to this pricing uplift as well as the quality not being as I'd expect I could have picked up a cheap corner unit for £50 but instead I paid £240 for a poor quality unit

Despite one item being available when ordering it has still not arrived. The colour was not as expected . More cream than white . The after purchase service was poor as when emailing frequently received automated response . When ringing no one answered !

The chairs I bought are fine, they arrived a week late and coffee tables were sent instead. I still have the unpacked coffee tables which have been in my house for two weeks so far.

Ordered some bedside cabinets which arrived damaged and of poor quality Customer service was first class in communication,the faulty goods were collected quickly and efficiently and a refund issued in quick time Well done Roseland

Althought the sideboard didnt match the rest of our furniture so we had to return it, the service was excellent, from ordering to returning and receiving refund.

I was rather disappointed with the finish of bookcase, it looks nice it's the right size and blends in nicely with my other furniture, but unlike the TV unit I purchased the finish on the shelves is 3rd rate at best, they haven't been sanded and feel rough to the touch, such a shame .....

The Roseland furniture I ordered was not delivered on time However Roseland sorted it in few minutes The furniture is of good quality one small problem with the drawer it doesn’t always close properly have to jiggle it about to get it to close

Unfortunately after having to wait since 3rd of October for delivery when we unpacked chest of drawers there were two faults slight dent on top and badly painted on one corner

Ordered 3 sets of drawers from Roseland. One set was fine. The second had a dent on the top but paint was still there so OK. Third had unglued side wall which fell off and an unglued bit of wood which helped support one of the drawers. Fortunately I had some PVA glue and stuck everything back. Surprisingly, all three sets look pretty good considering.

First chest of drawers turned up cracked and returned. Replacement arrived with the top of the unit marked. Disappointing quality control.

The Farrow coffee table that we received before Christmas is excellent. However we are disappointed with matching nest of tables. The top of one has marks which cannot be removed and we have had to glue down broken edging in several places.

The furnature arived promptly, unfortunately it was faulty and had to go back, i had no problems sending it back for a full refund, it was sorted out and collected for free from my door within 3 days

Furniture is nice although tops mark easily, would recommend glass tops. Had to wait 6 months for 1 piece of furniture & had to constantly chase for this. Disappointed with service received.
