Lightweight. Poorly painted.Didn’t expect to have to screw it to ( stud) wall! Right size, needed for overflow of books so will keep. Worst of all, led to believe made in Cornwall, but label stuck to back said Vietnam!!

Sorry to say the quality of the piece of furniture I purchased was not good .awaiting collection now . But the girls on the phone were fantastic..got the collection sorted straight away . Not for me this time but dont worry about the backup service its excellent .

The product itself is amazing however, my product was damaged during transit leaving various indentations / scratches that have clouded the quality and may not order again given the cost of the furniture I would have expected it to be delivered damage free.

The first time I purchased from roseland was a dream could not fault them, the product or the delivery at all, The second time not so good as the item arrived damaged, the response from thereselves was great with 3 options (a) return and replace (b) part refund and keep the damaged item (c) return with a full refund. My initial instinct was to have the item fully replaced but due to Christmas and new year this was going to take 2-3 weeks a time I didn't really want to wait with Jo chest of drawers. So made contact to try and find a better price on the part refund. This is where my trust and respect for roseland furniture disintegrates, Receiving an email telling me to use the minimal refund offer to buy wood glue and clamps and repair the £300 chest of drawers. If I was a chippy I'd have made the drawers, I simply asked for a more realistic offer for the damage and was met with that. I'd like to purchase from roseland again, however I feel my view of roseland as a company is somewhat ruined by this. 5 stars for looks, price and quality 5 stars for customer service 1 star for a belittling comment made by one employee

sideboard ordered arrived ahead of expected time. it was well made and strudy. Unfortunately, when taken out of the box, there were scratch marks of the right hand side leg! Was not sure if that was made that way or happened during transport. too tired to repack and send it back. will not be ordering again!

I haven’t unpacked my furniture yet as I’m moving in January, I was very disappointed with the delivery, they left it on my doorstep and assumed I was in, didn’t wait to see if I was. I am disabled and was left to bring it in on my own which I couldn’t so had to call my neighbour out. When I’ve moved and unpacked it I will let you know if there are any problems. Jackie Mew

The furniture itself is beautiful and very well made sadly I can’t say the same about the time kept waiting for delivery. I pre ordered 4 matching items in early October and sadly I’m still waiting for the two larger pieces. I only received the other two pieces by chasing delivery when they showed in stock online. Poor communication from Roseland and still no idea of a delivery date on the other two pieces.

I have been very impressed with the quality of the part of the order I have received but I am still awaiting half of my order since early nov 2020.

Very pleased with the small bookcase which is attractive and well constructed. However delivery took a long time and Roseland didn't keep us informed about it. Furthermore the delivery driver came on his own - I had to help him even though in my mid-70s - and wasn't wearing a mask.

I have experienced adequate service considering the circumstances (ie COVID 19) but the reply process could still be more efficient especially when your purchase was received damaged and still pending collection and refund nine working days later with no indication when it will be completed.

Really lovely table but unfortunately the legs didn’t fit and Roseland were unable to replace them , so had to return the item with no alternative offered :-(

Good website, good to deal with and products arrived well packed, reasonable prices. Sorry to say that the Oak Sideboard we purchased was of poor quality although it looks good and does what we want

I ordered two products. On both, communication wasn’t great. I ended up cancelling the first order and a replacement was sourced from a competitor and received within three days. The second was delayed through distributor issues but not well communicated to me as the customer. The second product(an accent chair) arrived out of the blue this morning with no communication from the delivery company. The chair is great So all’s well that ends well but I feel that the supply chain could operate better. That said the telephone help staff were very helpful.

The look of the chest of drawers initially is good . Until you see there are no runners for the drawers . Also gaps around the drawers to the body of the chest are so unequal. The purchase price was not cheap , so would of expected better quality. Only reason for keeping it is the size is right for space . It will definitely have to have some adjustment !! Delivery time and delivery guys were great .

The unit was ideal for what i needed. The only fault was it was not balanced as it rocked and it woulw nit be safe to out a TV on. I hade to use a felt strip on one leg to balance this.
