“Very well wrapped on delivery. No marks that I have noticed. Looks good but bit lighter than I expected. Having said that very pleased.”

“Furniture quality is excellent. However, the delivery firm has lost 1 of my bedside units. Communication from Roseland via email with updates is slow unless you phone them, who are very helpful. Still awaiting an update on the where abouts and status of my missed delivery after almost two weeks.”

“Although I was initially pleased with the tv stand I was disappointed to find marks on the top on the left side. This was after waiting 12 weeks for delivery. I enclose a photo.”

“I’m very pleased with my 3 purchases but disappointed that Console table 4th one doesn’t match hall corner unit I purchased, one leg looks like it has scratch marks all down it in wood, I could not return it because I had to have someone to assemble it for me & so it had already been done, & they do not accept back things that have already been assembled, very well packed all items best I’ve ever seen, thank you. Mrs R Hart.”

“Unfortunately there was a fault with the bedside table I’d ordered. But to Roseland’s Furniture’s credit, they sorted the issue quickly and issued a refund as requested!”

“The delivery was quicker than I expected, however DO NOT pay for two man delivery! They just leave it on your front step so in essence you are paying additional money for nothing!”

“Arrived very well wrapped. Got it in situ to find a crack from top to bottom on the inside. Also one of the feet cracked.can’t be bothered to send it back. Can’t see them once I got the books on. Otherwise looks nice.”

“Design and construction of the cupboard was fine but it was slightly damaged in transit. Reply to a complaint was prompt and Roseland offered a partial refund but were unable to offer touch-up paint or describe an accurately matching colour.”

“I would have given this lovely side table 5 stars, if the 4 legs had been made as required. Unfortunately, one of them is facing the wrong way, so that the tapered end faces backwards. I thought about returning it, but it was the last one in stock and had been made in Malaysia, so there was little chance of the leg being replaced. So I put it together and enjoy it, and hope nobody notices.”

“Lovely sideboard and really good service right up until the actual delivery. I paid extra for a 2 man delivery. The furniture was intended for an upstairs room but the delivery guys said they weren’t allowed to take it upstairs. I feel this should have been made clear on the website. I now have the sideboard in the middle of my living room until I can get someone to help me with it. Disappointing.”

“I am rating this at 3 as our delivery date was messed up, our order was delivered a week earlier than agreed we were on a short vacation at the time ,when our order turned up the driver called at our neibour to see if he could leave it there this was not very fair as they were large items and they are both elderly, we did not know about this until we returned home Secondly when we unpacked one of the items there was several damage areas,this was reported and we are waiting for a replacement to come when back in stock”

“First one arrived damaged sent several emails eventually someone came back to me and offered me £35 which was a joke as the unit was so badly and unusable , eventually spoke to someone who arranged collection and replaced which when eventually arrived is good”

“Disappointed with delivery arrangements. Got an email at 9.06 am telling me that it was being delivered that day, no prior notice. It didn't arrive that day anyway. The screws don't fit so can't put the handles on. Just doesn't look as nice as the pictures. It's OK for the money, but I was disappointed. Will have to drill insets into the back of the doors to get screws to fit. Tried buying some but can't buy a sensible size to fit.”
