2 sideboards, not the greatest in quality of workmanship.

First item was damaged. Was replaced quickly with no quibbles. We are happy with the item (hall console table). Communication was poor however: I am still waiting to hear if the replacement has even been authorised, when it is due to arrive and when and if the damaged one will be collected. Fortunately I was at home when the courier turned up unannounced with the replacement and also when another called out of the blue a few days later to collect the first one. A quick return email isnt too much to ask.

Chest of drawers lovely but box arrived soaking wet and dirty and corner of my unit is damaged by the water. I kept it because I needed it but would have otherwise returned it for an undamaged one.

Looks beautiful but definitely wouldn’t have paid £209.00 for it had I seen it first. The back back is rather crudely stapled on and therefore not the kind of workmanship that reflects the price.

Slightly more flimsy than hoped for a seat bench but appearance good, just a little more fragile than anticipated ( rocks slightly)

Happy with 2/3 of the order I received. Well packed and decent quality. One item Unfortunately arrived pretty badly damaged. Communication has been good throughout with the company but I felt quite disappointed to be told that the damaged item was out of stock so I’d have to wait another 3-5 weeks for a replacement. In the meantime I’ve got a large box to store in my house. The replacement may also come in two deliveries, ie another day of sitting in the house Waiting for a delivery. Alternatively I was told I could accept a £30 gesture to keep the damaged item, which I think we can agree is a poor token.

Looks ok on the outside looks poorly finished on the inside would have returned it but needed the cupboard space very dissatisfied. P Wall

Lovely made sideboard but unfortunately it arrived with a small scratch. However, this would not stop me purchasing another piece of furniture from Roseland.

I have had mixed experiences with Roseland - I have bought furniture which was very good quality from them before, but my latest purchase arrived damaged, though they were very prompt with collecting the damaged items and issuing a refund. I would use them again

Lovely furniture- but not convinced on colour. I bought & paid for a grey TV Unit but it doesn't look grey- definatlet taupe! Too heavy and too big to get back into box to return- so stuck with a unit of wrong colour!

I ordered four pieces of matching furniture of which three of them were delivered quickly but separately. The fourth piece apparently has got lost. It's a shame because the furniture itself seems very good quality for the price.

Delivery of some items took far longer than advertised and some items were not what was ordered - requiring exchange. The quality of the furniture however is very good. A major issue is delivery and customer contact (almost impossible to call Roseland, resorted to facebook messaging to deal with issues).

The oak bed looks great, but we are not able to use it. It arrived without bolts to fix the sides to the head and foot boards. We have asked for them to be sent but not arrived yet.

Goods were delivered promptly and were of a quality commensurate with the price . However they were damaged in transit . Made Roseland aware of this and again action was prompt . Would I accept the damaged goods for a discount of £40.00 ( £300.00 originally ) . Offer was derisory and so said no , would like a replacement....now out of stock ! no further info as to when I can expect replacement goods ?

Lovely looking piece of furniture to set off the time of our bedroom, however was disappointed with the product received - to the front sll looks well, to the back, mould all over the legs abs back panel as well as a rip. Good customer service in dealing with my complaint. I will not however be rushing to purchase from you again due to this experience.

I usually use another company which is advertised quite a lot on TV . The 5 drawer bedroom cabinet is not a very good quality piece of bedroom furniture. The quality and workmanship isn't brilliant. In future I will pay the extra for a better quality item. The positive is that the customer service is good. I had to return the 1st item.

Recently took delivery of 4 items from your company. A tall bookcase,nest of tables,large TV unit and small sideboard. Whilst the items were in the main OK the bookcase has limited height so I cannot put my casebound books in vertically, will only take small paperback books, this I find a disappointment as I have to store casebound flat on, no mention of shelf height in product description. Also bookcase came with gouges and rips in packaging. Whilst I appreciate items came a long way the back of the case is full of scuffs and marks and the prospect of sending item back is too much hassle so I will keep it but I am not happy. Other items were in better order hence 3 stars only. Delivery was promo and the courier (Tuffnels) was very kind and courteous.
