“Very expensive considering its not solid wood.”

“Love this display cabinet and would have given a higher rating but the back right hand leg was shorter than the other so it wobbled. We have had to put a jam under it to stop it. Also, there were no cupboard knobs so had to purchase some elsewhere. There were also some extra components that did not relate to the assembling of this cabinet. Now that we have rectified these faults, we are very pleased with the overall appearance.”

“The unit we bought, when it arrived, was really very, very good. Super quality and very well made. Our issue was that it took over 2 months to arrive although we had originally been advised it was in stock and about to be delivered. We would buy from Roseland again because of the quality.”

“The TV stand arrived promptly and fits the corner with the 43inch TV on top, see photo, however I am disappointed that the inside of the opening is just plain wood and not even stained light oak, the same can be said for the parts of the feet that show, again see photo.”

“Online purchase simple. Order confirmation fine. Delivery information non-existent for several days. Tracking information gave name of wrong courier. Eventual email/SMS from courier indicated delivery later same day so no chance to arrange to be in. By chance was at home and delivery made without problem. Overall could provide better information to customer. Product fine.”

“I cannot fault the cabinet in no way whatsoever and worth the money, HOWEVER the delivery of it was unacceptable and the delivery company was unprofessional and lets Roseland down”

“Customer service was excellent after I had found damage on the units that had been sent to me. Offered me replacement or partial refund. I opted for partial refund. Units are solid and sturdy. The only reason I scored a 3 out of 5 was because one unit was not fixed together properly which had caused damage.”

“the communication of Roseland furniture delivery was very poor. I was given a reference number for the delivery which was not a tracking number and therefore quite useless. When I could not use the number to track my delivery I contacted Roseland and Customer Services gave me a delivery day. I waited in all that day and no delivery came I then got a delivery day and tracking number from Tuffnells. The delivery arrived and the cardboard box was wet and damaged, but when unpacked the contents were in good condition. Assembly was not straightforward and took some time. The coffee table was excellent value and looks good now.”

“The standard of product from this company is variable. I bought a small cupboard from the Lanner range, this is one of a number of products that I have purchased from Roseland furniture over a few years, I am sorry to say that this item was not up to the standard I would expect from Roseland, the finish was poor compared to other items. I have also had a problem with an item from the Zelah range that Roseland gave some compensation for. I would have returned this item rather than be compensated had we not be in the middle of a pandemic.”

“I ordered two products. Received the one we were told would take a while but its fantastic quality. The other item still hasn't been received despite being told a few weeks back it was in transit. However, my enquiries are dealt with promptly but I'd rather gave the furniture i ordered.”

“Disappointing 'cream' colour does not match rest of bedroom furniture. Also one side where back board has been nailed on there is a split on joint. I was wondering whether to send it back but have waited such a long time & all the problems about collection etc I decided to hold onto it. Dont know whether Roseland would be prepared to offer be some small refund.”

“I have no problem with the furniture but I was not advised of a delivery date and when it was delivered it was left outside beside my dustbin and the box was wet through could have been there over a week. Not good i was on holiday at the time”
