The furniture looks good,but I would have expected a higher manufacturing quality . I have received my wardrobe with a missing handle,but I have received the missing one within a week time.

Very good at keeping me up to date with delivery and it was on schedule but delivery men did not attempt Ot ride off their shoes and promptly walked across my new carpet . Thought was a bit off !

Varying degrees of customer satisfaction ranging from satisfied to very unhappy - the latter being due to damaged goods being despatched having clearly not been checked over beforehand. This concerned not one but two sideboards ordered at the same time delivered damaged. We await replacements which coincidentally are due to arrive today...!!!! Previous deliveries of various items ordered over the last year - more than happy with.

I ordered a tv cabinet which was delivered four days later. It damaged when it arrived so I contacted Roseland and an exchange was arranged. It took a week for the replacement to be delivered and I was told the damaged unit would be picked up by 6pm on the same day but by a different carrier. It wasn't uplifted and after calling the company I was informed that another collection would have to be scheduled and this could take 3-5 working days. After speaking to a manager the damaged unit was finally collected four days later. I am pleased with the second unit that was delivered but was not impressed that I had to have the damaged unit in my hallway for 10 days.

At fist the product looks to be good quality but on closer inspection it's very poorly put together. For the price I thought you might use more wood

The quality of the materials used for the Mobel Oak Desk is very good indeed. The ordering and delivery was quick too. This item was extremely heavy and delivered by 1 man which was simply ridiculous! I met him at the door and both of us struggled to get it where it needed to be. I'm 67 years old and it's as well I'm fit for my age or it would have had to go back. The next problem was that the keyboard drawer was so badly fit I had to de-construct it and re-make it into a proper drawer. The filing drawer was also an example of really poor workmanship and again had to be de-constructed, the runners re-fit with new screws and re-alligned so it would actually fit. Without my amateur woodworking skills, again it would have had to be returned. what I have now is an excellent piece of furniture and very pleased with it. But where are the quality controls in the place these things are put together? answer: there can't be any! Where is the common sense that would tell anyone that a 1 person delivery on an item as large and heavy as this is acceptable? answer: there isn't any! I've bought several items from Roseland before and on 3 occasions I've had to get my tools out the shed! one item had to be returned. You may be wondering why I bothered, but the end result is furniture made from quality materials, and look fantastic, and I don't think they're better or worse than anyone else! Steve.

The products are really nice and seem good quality, however, the customer service is appalling. Excuses regarding Covid-19, poor communication and after waiting 3 months being told that 1 item no longer available even though they claimed it was in stock on website

Very happy with the furniture.The service was rather spoilt by the driver's reluctance to help carry the furniture into the house leaving me and my wife (both in our 70s) to bring all three pieces past the threshold.

Ordered a bedisde table to use as a lamp table to match my coffee table, large tv stand and double sideboard. Slightly damaged on the side, but won't be seen due to positioning. Otherwise still love all of the furniture! Worst part of this company is delivery, there's no notice given, one day an email saying dispatched and the next day saying it will be delivered that morning, I was on holiday and hadn't even been told it was back in stock! Had same issue last time, different delivery date for all 3 items, no advanced warning they'd be coming and I'm a nurse who works shifts and lives alone, nightmare, which is a shame because of how lovely the furniture is

The item was delivered on time and was as described. The only slight problem is that one corner of the base had a white scuff/glue mark which does not seem to be removable without damaging the finish. Packaging on arrival seemed OK so I suspect it was a problem overlooked in manufacture.

I was really pleased with the ease of using the website and placing an order. I'd checked other reviews beforehand and was impressed. I ordered two Chatsworth bedside tables. One was as expected and had a smooth and slightly varnished surface but the other had a rough finish on top and damage to one of the drawers. After contacting Roseland they were very quick to respond and arranged for the damaged bedside table to be collected and a replacement sent. This all happened very quickly. The replacement came with a scuff on the top which was disappointing. But I opted to keep the item.

The bookcase was what I ordered but took a long time to come. The delivery company told me my address was incorrect (!) so there was a further week’s wait before they could return and make the delivery.

roseland furniture has a double standard for my marks as a company,i have ordered 4 different items from them 2 which were very nice pieces of furniture and 2 which came as flat pack.i have returned both flatpack items and i wouldn't have ordered them if i had known they were flat pack.the doors on the first item i received wouldn't close which shows how shoddy the item was so i automatically refused the second item that turned up a week after i received an email saying it had been delivered.when i traced the delivery it had been delivered to an address in Goole East Yorks and i live in the Pontefract post code.i don't entirely blame roseland for this issue as my order was made through Amazon as the middleman.when you go on the roseland site they advertise as solid wood furniture and i for one don't class flat pack as solid wood furniture it is fixed together with screws and other fixtures,solid wood should be fixed together with dove tail joints etc.the biggest issue i have with the site is there is nothing at all that tells you which pieces are flat pack and which are proper made and that is the reason i have mixed issues with grading the service of roseland.

I was not overly happy with the box. I needed it pretty urgently and when it arrived it had some marks that I thought looked unsightly so I contacted Roseland for an exchange but they explained these were Medullary Rays and natural in oak. However the wood was also a different colour to the rest of the top and it is right at the front. They said they would collect and refund but not exchange which just left me back at square one. On the plus side it’s pretty solid and their customer response was quick but I can’t say any more than that. I’ll put up with it but wouldn’t purchase from them again.

The furniture was very difficult to put together. We could only fit one shelf .It looks ok but I wold not recommend the telephone table unless you are a carpenter.
