Was a bit dissapointed after delivery as up until then I thought the website, ordering and price were 10/10, the delivery was good too up to this point I would have given 5 stars. On opening the 2 bedside drawers were great, then I opened the blanket box to find it damaged šŸ™

Poor workmanship, loose staples resulting on the back being loose, also rough cut on one of shelves. Pencil marks visible at each shelve , looks great if you don’t look to closely! I did get the offer of exchange or a partial refund. I chose the partial refund as I needed the furniture but felt it wasn’t enough! I certainly would be wary of buying from Roseland again although I couldn’t fault their customer service communication

Should not have been asked to review before my damaged furniture door problem was rectified. The order took an age to all come into stock, then 1 sideboard door was damaged, but apparently I have to wait for the whole product to be re-ordered and delivered. There is a lack of communication between customer and suppliers unless me, the customer chases for an update. This is a shame as the product is really nice. It was all packaged really well so it was unfortunate that 1 piece out of 8 was damaged. I have been told that a new complete product is ordered and will be in stock at the end of the month (August). I will wait and see if Roseland contact me, before I contact them to chase it. Once my order is completed I will be happy to write another review.

Still waiting on the delivery. The delivery company you use is very slow and does not confirm dates or time slots unless chased Due date by Roseland was 19th August. Its now the 24th August and still not arrived

Paid extra to have the two bookcases unwrapped and set up. Men who delivered claimed they knew nothing about it and dumped them just inside the door.

Pros: The product itself is of high build quality and looks great. Cons: a Inch square area on the corner of the top of the cabinet is not planed/sanded and therefor stands out as unfinished. The courier was terrible as a service (said they attempted delivery even though we waited for them all day) and to get in touch with (Over an hour on the phone waiting as next in line where nobody ever answered) Never use XPD!

As I have currently only received 2 faulty drawers, it is hard to review the service. Would have been good to know that my 2 chests would be delivered separately (the second has still not arrived almost 2 weeks after the first). The first had a faulty drawer and the replacement was also faulty. Currently waiting for replacements

I ordered 2 items but since one was not in stock, had to wait approximately 3-4 weeks for them both to be delivered. I wasn't notified of a definite delivery day and had just 12 minutes' notice for a 2-hour slot for it; the van turned up an hour and a quarter after this slot. There was just one item and it was the one which had been out of stock. Shortly after it was delivered, I received an email to say that the first item was not up to standard so this would come later. When I unpacked my item, there was a tear in the backing material (not oak); but since the item was going to go up against the wall and it's difficult to see from the front, especially with items on the shelf, I have kept it. I also didn't want the hassle of having to return it. Having detailed all these negatives, I must say that the wood is lovely; and I am hoping I will have a better experience with the other item.

Ordered a bedside cabinet, which arrived damaged. Still waiting on refund two weeks later. Ordered a matching chest of drawers, still waiting for a delivery date a month after placing the order. I've ordered from Roseland previously over the years and furniture has been good. However I sense service has possibly gone downhill just lately.

I cannot write a review as i have not yet received my furniture. It should have been delivered yesterday but it was not on the delivery van. The couriers are saying they have not received it from yourselves. I am not sure who is to blame but i would like it sorted as soon as possible. The couriers if they find it are saying it cannot be delivered until they are in this area again which is next Monday the 24th . Payment has been made to you and the couriers so i am not really impressed with the answers i am being given.

Ordered two bedside tables & unfortunately only one has been delivered. I’ve contacted the company on two occasions regarding this but 10 days later we are still waiting delivery of second table, not good. Quality of furniture is good but delivery is very poor.

I ordered a sideboard and bookcase at the same time. The sideboard arrived quickly and is fab, however the bookcase did not arrive with it. I received no messages to let me know that the sideboard would be arriving and the delivery driver left it in full view down the side alley of my house ( I was out ) I also didn’t receive any messages about where or when the bookcase would turn up so I left it a week and sent a message to find out where it was. I received a message back stating that Roseland furniture didn’t know where it was and they would email me back. Which they did and I was informed the bookcase was damaged and the delivery driver was returning it to sender. However now the bookcases are not in stock, I was asked if I would wait 4-6 weeks for the next batch to be delivered to which I agreed - I have had no response from Roseland furniture to say that this will happen!! Very disappointed!!! Hi

First desk was delivered quickly but had a badly cracked leg. Roseland agreed to send a replacement and collect the original damaged desk at the same time. On delivery of second desk courier said he had no knowledge of a return and had no room on the van to return the first, suggested I contact Roseland again to arrange return of this. Roseland said I would be contacted " within a few days" by courier but to contact them if not. No contact from courier, Again contacted Roseland, they "would arrange a collection"....still no contact from anyone. We are very pleased with desk itself, but the ongoing saga of returning the damaged item continues, One of the problems of online ordering?

Waited over 3 months for console table , roseland never contacted me once about delay , I had to contact you 3 times , small chips on table ( at the rear ) when it arrived , used roseland before but disappointed this time

Very disappointed with the quality of the drawers, for that money I would expect the drawers to have runners to ensure a smooth opening and closing. The look of the furniture was fine, but the manufacturing was almost homemade.

The bedside tables looked very nice but unfortunately they didn't match existing furniture and were therefore returned.

Poor communication. Furnitures arrived almost two months later. I don't think the quality is that great. I bought five furnitures from them and drawers are small. The only positive aspect is that you don't need to assemble them. The furnifures look much nicer on the website than in reality. Just to give you an idea the quality and design of the best IKEA furnitures are better.
