“Well at the moment I can’t answer because our furniture hasn’t been delivered even though you have informed us that it has been despatched. That’s despite us chasing it up and being promised an answer. So your furniture could be 5 star but your delivery service gets zero.”

“Positives and negatives - easy to order and acceptable quality although was a bit disappointed at the unseen internal finishes and one screw not gripping. The overall finish when put together looked fine though for the price paid. My main negative was the delivery process as all instructions came on the day of delivery and was out at the time. The delivery man told me to send him a confirmation email to say he could leave it in my safe place except it didn't work. The link forced me to download an app and put in my details which I didn't like and then find out from customer service this was not necessary when I rang them stressed out by the whole procedure. My previous purchases were great and seamless but this wasnot acceptable. Also I never checked how much DIY I needed to do which was a lot and found this extremely challenging as bending and lifting was difficult. This is an honest review and feedback with the good and not so good aspects thank you”

“Item nice terrible delivery service. Fist time more than max website said. Item smashed up sent back and to add insult to injury walls scraped by poor movers. Next delivery came dropped at doorstep using covid as exscuse rather than carry upstairs.”

“4 pieces of my bedroom arrived as scheduled, two of them were dented so I needed to replace them. it took another 2 weeks to arrange the delivery and collection.”

“Whilst I knew it was oak veneered on the legs of furniture looking from any angle other than 90degrees you can clearly see the pine which sticks out a mile, these should in the very least be stained for god's sake! had to do it myself”

“Love the TV stand, however the wait for it was so long. It stated on the website (in stock) so we ordered then got told it’s no longer in stock and waited 5 months For it to arrive”
