“Having read the reviews I was hopeful that my purchase would be a good one ! As stated in many reviews , the packaging of the item was very good , so I was disappointed to see the finish on the product , see pic. That said, overall I am pleased with the bedside cabinet and it serves the purpose it's meant. Has the finish of the product put me off ordering something else, possibly so 🤔 🙁”

“I ordered a chest of drawers which on the website stated it was available for delivery the following week, I subsequently received an e-mail saying it wasn't actually in stock and would be in at some point the following week. The communication in regards to delivery was extremely poor however the furniture itself is beautiful.”

“Order came quickly and delivery company were helpful and on time. When unboxed, one item was completely broken and the other has a few issues (bit of wood broken off, wood not properly stapled and wonky) the company were very good about quickly returning the broken items and replacing with ones which were in better condition.”

“Ordered a tv unit .Time and day arranged for delivery never turned up.after 10 days of emails turns out delivery company lost unit. To be fair roseland refunded quickly but the delivery firm has terrible reviews on trustpilot so many people not getting orders. I think roseland should find a new delivery company as the service from them is really good but there delivery is awful.”

“Waited from March until the end of July for our 2 cheat of drawer units. Delivery days were not an option as we were just told that they were out for delivery with their courier. It turned up a day before our holiday. The units were both damaged on arrival with damage that would be noticed before packaging had taken place. We were offered a partial refund on both units. I would think twice before ordering from them again”

“I give the bookcase only 3 stars as although it looks lovely it's not really practical and much smaller than i imagined, so the 3 stars are for looks alone but for practicality maybe one or two stars as even normal size paperbacks struggle to fit on the shelves. On the other hand the bookshelf arrived very promptly the next day and was packed really well.”

“Ordered tv stand which arrived with one of the legs split ,sent email as you can’t speak to anyone,last week recurved message to say out of stock have to wait mid August if I’m lucky .Need more info on delivery ,only let you know day of delivery.”

“You’ve sent out the review document before I’ve received the goods! I understand the delay due to Covid, no complaints there, but no contact at all with the company to explain how long the delay may be ( how long is a piece of string?) but slightly galling to get an email asking me to review my purchase when there is no sign of delivery!”

“DISAPPOINTED. We ordered the furniture based on good reviews from other people, but are disappointed with the quality. The shelves in the bookcase are not solid wood and the 'making' of the shelf is visible underneath, the top of the bookcase is also not solid and does not have a solid top, (basically its an upside down shelf), so unable to place on the top. The back is only painted hardboard, stapled to the frame, not dolid wood again. Cheap for a reason. Would not buy again.”

“We were really happy with our little sideboard when it eventually arrived. Our order was forgotten for some reason. However, Roseland were quick to correct the error when it was brought to light.”
