Great service, arrived really quickly. Book case I’d a bit wobbly. One leg is slightly shorter but I’ve put a piece of cardboard under that leg and it’s now stable apart from that it’s great.

Bought two London oak wardrobes and chest of draws. Not what I was expecting the wardrobes didn't line up so had problems making the top of wardrobes fit and the chest of draws had to be adjusted for draws to fit in carcass. The handles on both wardrobes don't line up so will have to buy four new handles and try to cover the existing holes. It said that all solid wood but inside the wardrobes it was more like a cheap packing case. At least clothes are now hanging neatly!

My good were delivered amazingly quickly however both items were returned as one was chipped |& the other had paint missing. This problem was dealt with efficiently & items were collected. It was disappointing as they were nice pieces of furniture.

Courier service was terrible. I received a message to say they were going to deliver so i stayed in all day but no delivery! This happened twice before they finally delivered and the cabinet was damaged. As there was a hole in packaging this probably happened in transit. The problem is when delivery doesn't turn up neither the company or the courier are taking calls. No time slots given either. Only able to message but it can take days to get a reply. When it arrived damaged had to send message and wait 2 days for reply. Now received a partial refund although they did offer to take it back and give a full refund. The cabinet is lovely so shame it's all such a hassle!

Roseland furniture have been very good in the past. But on this occasion the delivery service they use has been a let down. I am still waiting for my delivery of furniture, which was estimated to be delivered on the 1st May. I put this down to complications due to Covid, so I’m not particularly bothered about waiting, I just wish I’d been given a more realistic estimation of delivery.

Ordered three items from the same collection, two where perfect, but unfortunately the other looked completely different, almost as if it had been varnished in a very dark shade and then sanded , currently trying to polish it up with bee's wax.should have sent it straight back really .

Order arrived quickly, despite COVID-19. The unit has a few imperfections but not serious enough to warrant return.

Good service throughout and delivered 2 days ahead of programme. Disappointing that you have to pay extra when an item is a 2 man lift. We were lucky additional manpower was available

Unfortunately my piece of furniture had been damaged in delivery. I sent Roseland an email advising them and they were quick to offer me a full refund whilst arranging collection of the piece or offered me a small discount. So they have dealt with my disappointment very well and customer service was extremely good.

Good customer service...had a TV unit delivered with a faulty basket and they did send me another on ...I ordered a small sideboard and came with a damaged corner ...they knocked £50 off ... which was good as it was the back corner and I couldn't see it from where I positioned the unit.

On delivery of the Tallboy the outer cardboard casing was bashed in several places, there were two gashes in the cardboard and the polythene wrapping was just draped round part of the bottom of the casing and was badly crumpled. The furniture was not scratched in any way but was damaged in so far as it was coming apart. The top dowel on one side was obvious and the side panel was coming away from the side by about 10mm. As we had problems in getting delivery I decided not to send it back to you. I hit the side panel covered with cloth and managed to close the gap but not completely there is still a 2mm gap but trying to close it further will cause splitting of the wood on the other side so will live with it. Given the delivery hiccup, the packaging and the state of the Furniture we felt the whole purchase was not optimum, however the overall quality is ok so we will live with the gap.

the delivery date was quite good but the quality of one of the units was very poor. However, the response from Roseland to the complaint has been very good.

Item received damaged in a badly punctured and torn box held together by plastic wrap and 'Fragile' tape. Not sure who dispatched the item in this condition, but a 2 minute inspection through holes in the box showed the item to be damaged (cracked frame). I didn't even bother unboxing it. Prompt response by customer services. Awaiting replacement.
