“Can't fault the process, however the bookshelf is slightly damaged. The left side is chipped at the back, a 2 inch piece is missing.”

“Furniture arrived promptly without issue. I was slightly surprised and upset that the items are made in Vietnam, I wrongly assumed them to be make in England. Items look nice and are quite well made.”

“I was awaiting a message to inform me when my furniture would be delivered. Then one day there was a ring at my doorbell and a delivery driver was standing on the doorstep along with my chest of drawers. He was very lucky I was at home. The previous day I was out all day. This is not acceptable.”

“Lovely furniture but dreadful delivery service...rude and unhelpful to a disabled customer. Furniture is meant to be delivered to your doorstep...not to the entrance way to your block of flats!!!”

“Waited over 3 months for everything to arrive. No communication or explanation relating to the delayed order. Quality of furniture not as good as we were expecting. Inside leg on mini sideboard chipped but will be hidden from view so decided to live with it!”

“The dovetail joints on the drawers are very good. The draws are a bit fit where they touch. The cross members under the draws are machined and fitted to the carcass by dowel joints. One of the dowel joints was shattered and a repair had been attempted with staples!!!? which I managed to repair to an acceptable level but overall, Hmmmm!”

“Could have been considered good quality...... except back of desk unfinished ! .That section had Inferior wood .....No varnish .... rough edged . Such a shame. Disappointing.”

“Still not had delivery notice of my order. Rang 1:30 and was told they would get back to me, still no answer or email. Payment was made 6/3/2020 now 16/3 and no delivery date confirmed”

“The nest of tables I ordered are just what I wanted. However the Order tracking service was totally useless. I had to download the XDP app and create a password to log in. The tracker didn’t give me any indication whatsoever of when I would receive my order. Your products are good but your delivery is not”
