“Delivery was all on time, it came with some damage to the door closing magnet, they send a replacement magnet that was a slightly smaller size than the others but it works. There were a few internal chips to wood but only visible from the inside, The quality is average, hence the cheaper price than similar competitors. It was ok but not to a the quality build and finish i would have hoped for.”

“I can’t complain about the furniture as it is very good quality and all ready assembled which make everything 10 times easier! BUT the delivery was awful. 1st attempt... the wrong items arrived. So I then had to wait another 4 days for the correct items to come. All arrived 2nd time safely and correctly. My 3rd item I had to wait longer for as was pre-order. I got a text at 9:30am to tell me my slot was 9-11 that day. So I was already out at that time and I got the message already 30mins in to my slot? Anyway I get a message to say it had been left safe. I arrive home it’s sat on my doorstep. A £200 tv unit just sitting on my doorstep! Then I had another email to show me a picture of the safe place it had been left... the picture was off my next door neighbors front door? What’s that got to do with my safe place?”

“Quality of product is excellent and it was well packaged for delivery. However delivery was originally intended for a Thursday and I was told 4.30pm on the Wednesday that my order hadn’t gone out and wouldn’t be delivered until the Friday. At this stage I had changed my busy work schedule so that I could work from home on the Thursday to receive the delivery. Seemed to be little thought to the fact that some customers work full time for a living and have to arrange to be at home to take delivery. I was told I could have item delivered on a Saturday but this would cost me an extra £25-£30 and I didn’t see why I had to pay that when it was there mistake in the first place. In the end I took delivery Friday. To be fair they did arrange delivery for Saturday but didn’t confirm whether I had to pay or not and I was going out that day anyway. Morale to the story - don’t promise a delivery day you can’t meet or tell the customer at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change the delivery date. Having said that I would use them again as the furniture is lovely and arrived with no damage which is a bonus these days.”

“The chest of draws was ok for the money. Although the handles were difficult to put on as some of the screws were shorter than the others. The delivery was poor, driver wanted to leave the chest in the hall and was not happy to help take it up stairs. He did not unpack the chest or give me chance to check it before leaving.”

“I purchased a wardrobe and took delivery of this only to find after I had assembled the top part I discovered that the drawer would not open on the base unit that was fully assembled when it arrived, I had to call customer services twice before getting to the result of having the faulty base unit collected and a replacement delivered, I am currently waiting for this.”

“The Farrow Grey coffee table looks okay but is poor quality, The delivery was quick which was a bonus. Did consider sending it back but while our Grandchildren are small it's adequate”

“Products are reasonable, especially for that low price. The paintwork on them was not great though; scratches on the grey furniture showed up white.”

“Received the kit for the table. Easy to assemble. However, having unscrewed handles from insides of the drawers, cannot screw them back on to outside of drawers. The holes are not aligned at 90 degrees to plane of wood and will need re drilling in order to screw handles on.”

“Cupboard came without screws for door knobs, since provided. A little disappointed to find that the large tall bookcase doesn't have a solid top. I know you can't see it but I will want to put things on the top and seems a little shoddy”

“Furniture ok but a bit flimsy in parts poor quality wood used on back with staples protruding through Well packaged to protect for delivery Let’s its itself down as no correspondence communication around a delivery date just turned up 4 days later after ordering... thanks to my neighbour who took delivery.”

“I ordered 2 pieces. Their outward appearance and finish are good and both pieces generally reflect the description and specification. I would say that the backing panels to both items are flimsy and a bit shoddy looking. However, as they are not obviously visible this doesn't matter too much. I was unhappy with delivery arrangements as the carrier did not contact me beforehand to agree a delivery time (items were delivered separately and in neither case was I contacted in advance). I did not like the off hand way in which delivery queries were dealt with. I buy a lot of stuff on line and Roseland fell below standards I normally encounter.”

“As you asked.the product is good,problem is I paid £25 for a 2 man delivery,watch one man put sideboard on a trolley,then used sideboard to push gate open.got caught in the iron gate.so pushed and pushed.to release it.then put in front room upside down.when I opened it one screw from the handle had managed to screw door shut.slightly damaged.”

“The first unit we received had been damaged. Called the shop and spoke to Leslie who was very helpful and confirmed what we needed to do. All the staff in the shop were very helpful, either on the phone on in email correspondence, apart from one staff member who did not seem that interested. The rest of the staff were very good though.”

“We bought this as we liked the look of it and have bought from here before but once we opened it the top is all open and not solid. It does not say this when buying online so this is a bit disappointing!”
