Nice neat size for limited space. Solid and looks more expensive than it was. My only complaint is that one leg had a rubber end missing and the wood was darker than picture showed.

Arrived much sooner than expected, does the job we bought it for, narrow design and relatively low profile so although it is a tv console it sits below a wall mounted tv and does not appear to pretend to be such. Quality is okay, back is very thin ply which was disappointing and two staples were left very proud and had to be hammered down. The front draws are not ‘draws’ but a single one designed to look like two. For the price it is a decent unit.

Looks lovely but build quality is only ok. Soft wood means it marks eailsy and general finish is patchy in places. A shame as fron a distance the units look lovely 🙁

Ordered a small sideboard well before Christmas all was going well and parcel arrived.my husband opened it and it was a large tv unit.hence still waiting for a replacement and having a big parcel in my hallway all over Christmas and I am disabled. Must say it was very disappointing not to get sorted for Christmas. Susan Costick

My cupboards were brilliant. Unfortunately one of the cupboards had the knobs missing and the attachment to the wall. I did inform your firm who sent out 1 replacement knob I required 2. Anyway it's all been sorted now.

The quality of the product is as expected for the price paid . I did not know I would have to fit the handles on drawers and knobs on the doors . Easy enough only if the holes had lined up ! The most disappointing thing was the delivery . The driver literally dumped the sideboard by the front door as it was raining ....I had to drag it into the dining room . Delivery was meant to be a 2 man job ! On a positive note the ordering was easy , customer service was very good when I rang to discuss delivery date .

Item is really well made, comes fully assembled (only have to attach the handles) well packaged to prevent damage during delivery. Annoyingly, you can't choose a delivery slot when making your purchase and that's where the trouble begins. Trying to arrange a suitable delivery slot was a nightmare. Communication with Roseland was vague and often unhelpful, being told one thing and then something different. There was no communication at all with the delivery company. The item ended up being jammed in the shed (contrary to my instructions) and I was not notified of this until I contacted Roseland again to request a refund. Complaints to both Roseland and the delivery company (XPD) were ignored. I would not use Roseland again which is a shame as their furniture is well made and I am very happy with the item, but the hassle and stress around the delivery is just not worth it!

Absolutely beautiful furniture .... however it is a shame that there is a lack of quality control had to send the furniture back twice due to damage but when it is right it is stunning furniture and was sorted out by roseland when rang up to complain

3 items purchased. 2 of which were fine. However 3rd item falling apart which could be seen without removing the package.

The delivery company was not good - received a text to say the delivery would be on a certain day, and the furniture arrived 24 hours later - no apology from them! Some small damage to the back of one of the items which I chose not to send back due to the delivery issues as it would not be seen.

Delivery all good. Furniture packaged well. One assembly bolt faulty (not threaded) and frame slightly parted on one side ( poor glueing during manufacture) Looks good when assembled...

Fine except for about a half inch chip off the corner at the front of the top. I have the chip but don’t think I’ll bother sticking it on, think it will look unsightly. I checked the other side, thinking it was a feature but that didn’t match. Otherwise it’s fine.

Quite happy with our furniture but was mislead on the website which states that Roseland do not do sales. For that reason I made my order instead of waiting for Black Friday only to then learn that many items similar to mine were actually included in the Black Friday sale. The company offered no reasonable excuse for this

Furniture is fine. Communication between customer services & courier service following an order is appalling. Paid £25 for a Saturday delivery, it didnt arrive, was told delivery would be made the following Saturday but instead it turned up on Thursday afternoon!!! Will not be placing any future orders.
