“Furniture beautiful , excellent quality .. Hunted for ages for the perfect shade of pale grey .. However delivery is another matter , poor poor service from drivers .. Not Roseland I may add .. That you wait in for, don't turn up , say the person wasn't in then admit they couldn't find the address in the dark so didn't bother despite having added extra instructions to the door , this has happened now three times . Not impressed.”

“I was some what disappointed in the small sideboard In the top left hand corner there was a dent I had to rub it down to try and blend it in”

“I like the cabinets but there were a few problems :- I had to contact Roseland twice to ascertain what was happening because I had no communication . The items were left outside my front door , which is fine, but one was upside down despite the boxes being marked " this way up " in very large writing . This caused a big problem because all the fitting fell behind the drawers which are not removable . There was also a small chip in the paint on one of the draws , as it was white paint I touched it up myself otherwise I would have returned the cabinet. I look forward to your comments”

“generally pleased but once unpacked and in situ noticed small dent on corner of sideboard. Decided to keep it anyway as it was needed but felt a little bit disappointed.”

“My sideboard was delivered as per the email. It was completely sealed in far too much cardboard and polystyrene. So had no chance to inspect the product on delivery. I was then left the job of getting the sideboard unpacked on my own. Which I managed but was not eay, and then had to pack my car up with all the packaging to take to the local dump”

“Joint by drawers was not properly fitted and it was not possible to get the basket out. Have managed to improve this, but felt it should have been noticed before being sent out”

“Happy with the furniture itself, however had no delivery updates until I had to call them. It was then I was told the delivery was coming the next day, however it never arrived! Called them back, got told 'whoever told you it was coming tomorrow was wrong, its now coming the day after' . After waiting in again, the delivery was still late.”

“Good value for money, delivered quickly and easily and this looks good from a distance. But the drawers don’t fit properly, there are big gaps all different sizes at the edges of drawers. The top drawer sticks badly too, it’s hard to get it open :(”

“Delivery driver called asking if we had someone to help him to carry the drawers which i found quite strange he didn't have a trolley or colleague to help him, u reasonable to expect the customer to help, he even rudely said that if he couldn't manage it he would not deliver it even though he was already in the building. Eventually it was delivered but on opening we saw that the back of the drawers was not on properly, so after complaining we were offered compensation to cover the cost of getting it fixed ourselves which we accepted as it was easier than waiting for a replacement. Drawers are lovely quality though.”

“Ordering was simple. Delivery was annoying as my two matching items came in two deliveries that were three days apart. There was no explanation with the first delivery as to why the second item wasn’t there so I thought something had gone wrong with the order. If you need to speak to them on the phone you get a message saying their box is full. They didn’t however respond to my email after the weekend with an explanation.”

“I thought it was a complete piece of furniture, it was a glorified flat pack with bolts missing Although when finally finished it looks good Should be listed as flat pack”

“Received 2 lovely pieces of furniture (eventually). Really happy with these products. Terrible service and communication received throughout the order/delivery process. Also the delivery driver was rude and obnoxious, turned up at after 19:30pm and the proceeded to take 30 mins to get in the back of his van as he didn’t know how to unlock it. All this whilst trying to tend to a screaming baby and demanding toddler.”

“After the glowing reviews I was a little disappointed to find the drawers were not built as well as I'd imagined and the finish was a bit rough in places. Serves the purpose and you get what you pay for. Speedy delivery.”

“Good quality but shipping agent was problematic. Had to have 4 attempts at delivery which was tiresome”

“Furniture nice, but delivery was a nightmare. It arrived on a Tuesday- the day after I got an email saying it would arrive at the end of the week. This meant that I had no time to organise the space, and I had to take time off work to be in and avoid a charge. I chose the company because delivery looked easy (I was led to expect a call to arrange a date, followed by a text with a time-slot), but even after an email correspondence this did not happen, and I got no apology when I emailed to say what had happened.”

“The furniture is fantastic just what I wanted. But the reason my score is low is because of the courier. Furniture was left in cardboard boxes outside my front door in the rain. Courier had forged my signature. Emailed Roseland to let them know for future customers did not hear back!”
