“Service from Roseland was good with regards the order. The service from the delivery company they use however, has been incredibly inflexible and the lack of service to non-metropolitan areas means that I still have not received my goods despite them being despatched over 2 weeks ago.”

“Very easy to order on line. Quick delivery, well informed about delivery time and arrived in the allocated slot. Disappointed that the wardrobe arrived flat packed. There was no mention of this and I ordered the item as I did not want to have to assemble. If it wasn’t for this I would have rated good as I have used Roseland before.”

“For the price I paid I expected it to be a little bigger it's very small I'm glad I only ordered one. But its sold. And it came fully assembled which was great. Once I opened it it was covered in some kind of solution which has made the top of it feel strange. But it was easy to order and delivery service was great”

“Overall the furniture I received was really good quality but I received two coffee tables which was badly damaged and had to send back. Thankfully the third coffee table wasn't damaged. And customer service was good help to sort out.”

“I would of given 3 but half of the back was not fixed to sideboard was disappointed when saw it my husband said he will do it over weekend”

“Ordered two cabinets to match my tv stand. One cabinet was badly made but they will pick up and drop off a new one the same day, disappointing as should be checked before sending but hopefully rectified.”

“Its was not as perfect as I expected but the place I would be putting it on one will notice if had bought it at a local shop would have asked for an exchange. I know I could have sent it back just a lot of hassle I can live without. To be positive it arrived on time.”

“Delivery was organised at very short notice which caused problems. There was no opportunity to change delivery address hence unit was left outside delivery address unattended. Office staff responded very quickly to situation and communicated amended delivery as soon as was possible.”

“Furniture alot smaller than expected, not as good od quality as first thought. But still happy with purchase for price, delivery quick but no tracking number so having to wait in all day wasnt great. Would buy again.”

“The impression is given this is a piece of oak funiture where as both items i got are actually what looks like pine wood strucure with an oak top and front. looks solid enough but a bit disapoinnted in the product.”

“Chest of drawers arrived damaged. Emailed and got a very speedy response. Replacement arranged but had to wait a week for the redelivery/collection. Still waiting so can't comment on the condition of replacement.”

“The service from Roseland Furniture was very good - prompt delivery. However the quality of the furniture was somewhat disappointing.The website gave the impression that the furniture was manufactured in Britain but on arrival the item was manufactured in Vietnam. The website described the item as being solid wood but the item only appears to have a solid top whilst the back of the item appears to be MDF or a similar material. Whilst the item has been retained overall the quality is disappointing.”

“Furniture was great and quality reflects price - very happy. The courier were dreadful- paid for Saturday delivery. Didn’t turn up and no communication- Monday morning I got a text (with no options to rearrange or contact anyone) saying that it was being delivered on Monday evening (at an inconvenient time). I rearranged everything at no notice to be in for the slot they’d said and then they turn up significant earlier anyway. No offer of a refund for not having delivered the service that I’d paid for or any customer service interaction around the fact that they turned up two days late either”
