Display unit was fine, good quality and well packaged but despite 2-man delivery team they claimed they were unable to unpack the unit leaving a 78 year old lady unable to unpack this unit as the packing is substantial, bulky and difficult to remove! Other delivery companies are much more helpful and will unpack units for you, especially helpful for older people!

Furniture not as described said cd/DVD cabinet. In fact DVD s do not fit properly.

Not sure about the nest of tables whether they are oak or not rest of delivery seems ok delivery driver shocking you may want to use some other company don’t think I will buy anything else

Whilst I was happy with the chests of drawers, the delivery method by Tuffnell’s was a disgrace. Despite the packing having ‘Very Heavy, two man handling required’, this order arrived at my door with only the driver who left the 5 packages in the hall at my front door. I am 68 years of age, and it took me a considerable time to get all these packages from the hall to the upstairs rooms where these were to be located. Due to this, it is very unlikely that I will order again from Roseland Furniture!

Furniture lovely but the back of the 6 drawers was loose and had to be put back in place so disappointing. Delivery a nightmare I was told delivery was due on the day I took time off work and the delivery company cancelled the delivery but did not tell me I had to ring to find updates and take another day off work which was costly to me for the delivery

I love Roseland Furniture, but this latest item i purchased [telephone table] fell short of thier usual excellent standards. There were only 7 bolts instead of 8 - so i have a partly assembled piece, i hope they can send me one so i can complete my assembly.

Not impressed. I placed my order online, specifying delivery date. I received one email from Roseland confirming my order, then nothing, no updates on dispatch or confirmation of delivery. After a few days of silence, I finally contacted Roseland to find out what happened to my order. I was told that a third party courier service should contact me confirming delivery. However there was still no contact until the actual day of delivery. I received a text mid-morning giving me a 2 hour window, which was actually 1 hour, then another text telling me delivery had been made. I was confused because nothing had been delivered to my door, until I realised they had deposited it with the concierge at reception. I had to struggle with a 5 drawer tallboy chest on my own into the lift and along a corridor up 14 floors, but it could have been worse, I could have lived on the 16th!

We decided to keep the small telephone table that we had ordered but was somewhat disappointed with the quality. We were unable to use the washers provided when screwing it together as the holes weren’t deep enough, also the holes didn’t line up, also some bits of the wood were poor quality.

Easy to order, well packed for delivery and pleased with overall appearance of the unit. However the lack of quality control has let down my experience as part of all 4 bottom legs were missed when spray painting. I was offered a replacement but this seemed too much trouble for me so accepted a small refund.

Great furniture for the price but seriously let down by the delivery issues. In the end it was left outside my front door even though we were on holiday for a week. So bad. Interrupted my holiday. Phoned you twice and spoke to someone and both times no one got back to me

The first dressing table set that arrived was damaged. After sending photos and turning down the £25 reduction offered to keep the damaged goods re-delivery and collection were arranged. Despite the box weighing 28kgs and stating ‘2 man lift’ the courier is not allowed to step into your property and merely barrowed the box to my door and left it on the mat. This is fine if you have help but I don’t. The box for return then had to be put outside and wasn’t collected on the day I was advised so I had to drag it indoors again only to repeat the following day. To be fair the staff at Roseland have been prompt and polite in their responses but I would not order from them again.

Not overly happy as very small chip on top of dressing table.thouht at first it was a knot in the wood but after a day or so realised it was actually faulty.too late to send back.

Acceptable...reason the very poor delivery...1st. date..no contact..day 2... will be today..again no delivery..unable to contact by phone only messenger..still at depot..next day(3) again unable to track but item delivery late pm...item very pleased with but maybe change delivery service.

On the positive side, the website, the ordering process, the quality of the goods and the personal interaction with customer services were all good. On the constructive side, the carriers were poor, in that, the tracking was not accurate and therefore several delivery slots were communicated then missed and when the goods did arrive, the door kno s were missing, which rose land quickly got to us seperately. It’s a shame the actual delivery wasn’t up to the front end of the product and sales process.

Lovely sideboard. Really pleased. Surprised when delivery driver just left it in the hall saying they are not allowed to enter the premises! Luckily I could move it myself as not too big, but could cause problems for older or disabled people. Hence 3 stars

Nice furniture for price though found one item had some slight damage once package opened. Quick delivery but would have liked an option to choose a convenient delivery day on the upgraded delivery package rather than being sent an email at 7am in the morning to say delivery was on its way!
