“Furniture lovely, we are really pleased. Delivery poor; I received an email one the morning the furniture was being delivered I had also signed up for text alerts and got a text at 4pm to say they were delivering today between 2.15pm and 4.15pm.”

“I am quite disappointed! I have had furniture from Roseland before and it is incredible and i was so excited to finish my bedroom with the dressing table to match. Unfortunately it has arrived damaged in 3 places, one i believe to have happened in transit, i’d call the courier to complain however the gentleman was clearly not having a good day arriving over an hour late! Issues as follows: - crack in one of the table legs roughly 1.5 inches - opposite table legs issue with the bit in the middle holding the legs together - bash on front left corner (possibly happened in transit) I appreciate it has come a long way, i’m just disappointed!”

“I have bought around 7 pieces of the barrow and have been pleased with them but the last piece had a dent on the leg which had been painted over. It is to difficult to return but was disappointing”

“I bought 2 oak bedroom sets. They were delivered quickly & the guys who bought them in were very courteous. I unpacked the items & on first impressions were that they looked great. However at the foot of the units the inside parts have not been ‘finished’, they are a different colour & texture to the front/sides of the items. There was also a chip off one of the wardrobes, I’m not sure if it’s solid wood or veneered? Assembly of the top of the wardrobes were ok, however there were no holes in the wood that you were screwing into. I was concerned that I would splinter the wood so I had to make my own small drill holes to prevent this. I have photos of the unfinished units & chipping but I have not been able to add them to this review. In all I would say the the items look nice on a quick first view, but when you look closer you can see why this furniture is cheaper than some other oak furniture suppliers. I guess it’s a matter of you get what you pay for.”

“Ordering the drawerss was very easy, but they were out of stock so I had to wait. Unfortunately when I received the email advising me my items were in stock I mis-read it and didn't arrange delivery as soon as I could have (my fault). I wasn't very happy with the quality of the drawers I ordered, but these were the only ones I could find of the size I wanted.”

“I ordered 3 sets of dressing table, one of the table is broken. The company arranged to change. when I opened the replacement, found the mirror hindge was lose. They said they will post the hindge to me. Overall quality is average.”

“Apart from couriers calling us at 06.01 a.m. and delivering the triple wardrobe at 06.18 a.m. there was a few chipped areas of paint on the wardrobe....apart from that we’re very pleased.the triple wardrobe was quick and easy to assemble with my husband.we have 2 farrow grey bedsides and a set of drawers too to match...nice furniture and acceptable quality for price paid”

“nice pair of bedside cabinets appear very cheaply made the top looking very solid, however, on closer inspection, the top is only very thin plywood with a good polish to it, serves the purpose for the price paid, quite satisfied with them, I only hope they come from a sustainable source of timber, not just hacked out of the forest. I give this product three stars out of five.”

“The item i wanted was not in stock, which meant waiting over 3 weeks for delivery. Although i was told by email that the item was on it's way, i wasn't told of the day of delivery, so it was pure luck that i was at home when it turned up. The item was of good quality, and i am pleased with my purchase.”

“London Oak 2 over 3 chest of Drawers: The furniture came promptly and was extremely well packed, We felt the appearance was good, but we felt the drawer's were very lightly made, and should have been sturdier allowing for the price of this item of furniture”
