“Order cam quickly but finish not good enough Photo availabile”

“The furniture looks beautiful but I am not sure if the website images are accurate or I’ve been delivered the wrong items. The items received are more cream than white. Unfortunately the delivery process is terrible! I received a telephone call to tell me that my furniture would be delivered on Thursday. I told them that I would be in work that day. The options given to me by the delivery company were to either have the items left in my garden (absolutely not!) or wait until next time they were in my area. I was told that they do not know when that would be and that they don’t visit my area often. This was very disappointing!”

“I would love to leave a genuine review of the product, but due to the dreadful XDP delivery company they use, I am yet to receive my bookcase. Three times now I’ve been told a delivery will be made, but no sign of it yet.”

“Lovely little bookcase. Delivered courteously. Only couple of gripes- the top right corners of the bookcase were scuffed - will touch up with some stain - and I paid for ‘express’ delivery but it still took quite a few days so don’t think I’d bother with the extra tenner next time. Other than that bookcase was very sweet and solid quality.”

“It's ok - good value though literally a bit rough around the edges. Superficially the external finish is ok. There is a slight problem with the back panel which has been hamfistedly fixed on and doesn't quite fit (this is only a problem because we have the unit side-on as you walk into the room). The inside of the draws are rather rough finished - a couple of them actually dirty and I think the website pictures rather generous compared to the reality of the actual unit. One drawer has a small lump taken out of the top rail (but hey it's on the inside). But, the overall appearance is ok - and good value overall, and fits the space perfectly (which is perhaps more why we went for this unit rather than any other).”

“Website delivery instructions unclear. Not explained prior to purchase that a 2man delivery service was not available in Scotland, and my order had been processed as a one man (even upon request of a 2man). No one had contacted me prior to dispatch that this was unavailable in Scotland, but was ascertained when I phoned them to confirm. Furniture nice colour and looks good- however not as solid as believed to be. Very light weight. Most likely wouldn’t order from here again, but do not regret my order.”

“Securely packaged and prompt delivery. However, no mention in description about securing it to a wall, but brackets are supplied. I can understand why this is necessary. Apart from the oak top, the remainder of the telephone table seems to be of a very light inexpensive material.”

“Had some problems, the courier was poor and claimed to have delivered when they hadn't and then once it was delivered the item was found to be damaged. We have replaced the item now, which was well organised and done promptly and we are very pleased with the replacement.”

“Ordered a Poldark oak coffee table and a Poldark oak nest of tables. Although I was notified that both items had been dispatched only the nest of tables turned up. The package did say 1 of 2. Contacted Roseland who said the coffee table was out of stock. So why say that they have both been dispatched? I have had things from Roseland before and there always seem to be some hiccup or other. On the plus side the problems have always been sorted and we have always been happy with their furniture. Good value for money.”

“Returning customer and really nice furniture. Previously purchased a full bedroom suite and everything was perfect as they delivered themselves. Second purchase was a total let down due to incompetent XDP couriers. First it wasn’t delivered when they said it would then when it did turn up the chest of drawers was totally destroyed so we refused delivery of the whole lot. Complained to Roseland and they arranged delivery themselves again which is what should have been in the first place. Would I purchase again? Probably but I would insist that Roseland deliver themselves again, if they use XDP again no I wouldn’t purchase.”

“Ordered 2 units. Prompt delivery and driver followed instructions. One came in an unacceptable manner as wasn't constructed properly. Currently exchanging the product. Communication has been prompt.”

“The left hand door of our TV cabinet is out of alignment. Door recedes into cabinet as the stopper has been put in the wrong place. We have rectified this ourselves and we love the look of the cabinet in our living room.”

“Sorry to say they are not very well made under side looks like pallet wood quite small space area inside cupboards and doors. But I suppose you get what you pay for although 199 each isn't that cheap. They look OK but not the best quality”
