“Ok piece of furniture but not great. The legs had scratch marks, presumably when being packed in Vietnam. The top has a scratch plus a pale mark. There were many dirty and greasy areas that smelt unpleasant but which I was able to remove. And 2 screws were missing from the handles. I would have returned but needed to use it. If all your items arrive like this I would not recommend your company”

“My latest purchase is my second from Roseland and again i am very happy with the quality of the product. My issue was was the poor customer service with regard to organising the delivery. It took 13 days and numerous emails/texts to achieve from the date of first contact”

“It appears that the drawers are made of paper mache as the the clip to stop the draw coming out fell out and red bits of paper came out of the screw holes Also the draws have no runners”

“Ordered two items which upon arrival were both faulty, which was really disappointing. Roseland were very quick at responding to our email, arranged collection of the items and processed the refund quickly. Can't complain about the speed at which they resolved it, but it would have been nice if they'd apologised for the fact the items were faulty and the inconvenience to us for having to take another day off for the collection. Clearly Roseland have good reviews so I'm sure our issue was an exception but I'd be hesitant to use them again based on our experience.”

“The colour matches my body's course perfectly. The wood is good quality. My only complaint is the finishing of the drawers. They have a very noticable gap between the drawer hole and drawer. As in it doesn't fit snugly!”

“Fantastic furniture, shame about it being late, a warning before purchasing would of been helpful, they did email to tell us it would be late but only two days after purchasing. I’d of found a different set from them if i’d known before buying.”

“We bought two of these for our porch. They are a perfect size and good and solid, BUT they do not come fully assembled as stated on the website and the flimsy spanner supplied to fit the legs was not the right type. Also, the legs have plastic 'nobbles' on the bottom, which make the benches rather unstable and might damage certain types of floor. We managed to remove them eventually. On the plus side, they arrived very quickly.”

“It was Ok. Much lighter in weight that I thought and wobbly. Also the drawer is very flimsy and you have to hold it to pull open. Needs more support.”

“Looks nice and decent quality but not what I expected from Roseland. Delivery guys were nice and took boxes upstairs which some companies don’t do. Weren’t particularly careful and bashed them off the walls a few times - no damage however.”

“We were not impressed with the delivery as was told a different story every time we rang so Tuffnells has zero star. There is is a drilled hole in the back leg of the unit that I can see from my sofa. Also the draw wasn’t perfect on arrival my husband had to do a little DIY with it. Also it’s a bit roughly finished in places. I already have a coffee table and nest of tables that were perfect and we were very happy with.”
