Ordered 2 bedside cabinets which were delivered within 2 days so excellent service. One of them did smell a sort of musty/damp smell, not very pleasant. However, after a good polish the smell was gone. The cabinets are a bit roughly made, not 100% perfect, but at the price paid were good value for money.

No problem with product,quick delivery. Would have preferred the item to be left with a neighbour instead of on the driveway. Luckily i arrived back mid morning. Wouldnt have wanted it to left all day.

We bought this tv stand to match a set of drawers we bought a week earlier. They are really nice. The delivery was very fast. The only niggle is what appears to be two drawers under the stand is actually only one. This should be made very clear in the description.

The quality of the furniture seems good; however, I would not order from this company again. Delivery dates were not as indicated on the website and I waited about three weeks for the first round of in stock items (I had been led to believe from the website that delivery would take about a week). When my first round of items came, part of the bed was missing and it took nearly a week to sort it out.

I am sorry that there was a delay with your delivery and that our website hadn't taken Easter into account when giving the anticipated date. Delivery of our 2 man items can take between 3-7 working days. Unfortunately there was an item missing and because of it's size we are restricted on the delivery service we can use but I hope you are now happy with all your furniture but I do apologise for the delays in getting everything to you.

5 items delivered by one man & left in the porch. If they were heavy, I wudn't have moved them to their respective positions. Service not impressed

I am sorry that you are not happy with the delivery. The courier used for your items can only deliver to the entrance of the property but we can always upgrade orders to a 2 man service and they will then be able to take them to a room of your choice.

The delivery time slot of 11.15-12.15 was sent to me at 11.01 on the day of delivery giving me no time to get home in time. The delivery was left outside of my house Upon unwrapping the item today there is a tiny damage to the top wooden shelf at the front Please could someone call me regarding this. Perhaps you could replace just the top? Many thanks and kind regards Alison brixton

Delivery to Northern Ireland was £35 which was quite expensive when quoted free delivery. Customer service weren't particularly helpful and were quick to cancel my order than reduce delivery price. Wasn’t delivered in the timeframe and again was told this was due to delivery to NI which wasn’t mentioned when paying delivery charge. Had to liaise with the delivery company as RL tracking didn’t work.

First lot of furniture arrived damaged. Roseland replaced 2 out of 3 items, was then told there was a 10 week wait for 3rd item. Ended up exchanging the whole lot for a different collection. Customer service was pretty good and prompt in their reply. Furniture is in place and looks great for the money.

Furniture is lovely and easy to order, but the delivery service awful, we ordered two things, only one turned up, the tracking they use does not have correct info, there is nobody you can ring, in the end after numerous emails to Roseland and staying in 4 times, it finally turned up, when I let Roseland know, they said thanks for letting us know, no apology for the delays

The furniture was exactly what was described and very satisfactory. Unfortunately the delivery was poor and to have goods left at the reception of a block of flats was unhelpful. I think the delivery terms need to be better clarified as this part of the service impacts the customer satisfaction.

The item we purchased was fairly priced, feels well made, and was available quickly. Our only complaint was with delivery. We received an email saying the item has been released to the courier and they would be in touch shortly. The next communication was from the delivery company via txt saying the item was out for delivery THAT day and giving a two hour slot. There was no possibility to change or move the delivery.

We ordered a Stratton bookcase with with 2 drawers online. The ordering process was efficient and delivery was speedy. The driver was most helpful and courteous. The drawers in the unit were very badly fitting, we rang the sales department about this, the lady we spoke to was again most helpful, asked for photos which we sent. She agreed they certainly didn’t look good and offered us a refund or £30 discount. We accepted the cash, as felt it too protracted an issue to deal with re-delivery etc. We were just about to order a complete set of bedroom furniture, but have now decided against buying it from Roseland, in case we have a similar experience.

A bit smaller than I would have liked and a bit lighter in colour than my other Surrey oak items of furniture but they will serve the purpose. Delivery was disappointing advised furniture would be delivered then advised delay in time it would be delivered, then didn't arrive, no other notification of redelivery and had to contact Roseland, finally received two working days later than advised.
