“The materials used in front of the table is nice but the plywood used at the back of the table is very low quality and has come off on the side already and finishing of the table isn't of a good standard there are big gaps between drawers and the frame...”

“Delivery was not at all as promised - the XDP Express agent did not bring the chest of drawers into our flat and threatened to leave it outside our building as well as being rude to our childminder.”

“I’ve ordered from Roseland three times, two of these times the furniture I have received has been in great condition and look excellent in my home, the furniture I had received damaged was replaced thankfully. The only thing I would really fault this company on is it’s choice of courier, I never had a delivery on time which defeats the object of selecting a delivery day/tracking the order as this has not been accurate on any of my deliveries. The delivery company is also in contactable and don’t reply to emails if you are questioning your order. Overall quite a stressful delivery experience.”

“A previous purchase of a piece of furniture was spot on. With all exposed wood being oak and of good quality. Unfortunately this latest order of a similar (slightly smaller) piece of furniture had poor veneer drawer fronts. Despite this, happy with the fast delivery with plenty of communication along the way.”

“Quality of furniture could have been better. There was reference to veneer in the description but I didn’t expect so much of the product to be veneered. Disappointing too that there isn’t even any Veneer in the shelf recess if the TV unit exposing hardboard for all to see !”

“This is a useful, cheap and cheerful piece of furniture which gives me lots of space to conveniently store all the bits and pieces which otherwise clutter up the coffee tables in the lounge.”

“After ordering 2 items online and originally being advised the items would be delivered within 3 days I was disappointed to find out the following day only 1 item is in stock. I was advised it would be 10-12 weeks before it is back in stock. I was asked if I would like my monies back but I do want the furniture I ordered, so said I'd wait for it to come into stock. On the day if delivery I was given a 2 hour window, but the item arrived approximately 1 hour afterwards. When I tried to track the order the only information was it had been dispatched. When I tried to contact the delivery company I was give a short answer that they only speak to the company and not the customer.”

“Looks like damage in transit. All joints needed Mallet tapping. Piece broken off inside lid. Decided too much trouble to repack and return so will get local help to fix it. Otherwise pleased with appearance, looks good.......or will do when ‘repairs’ effected.”

“First order very pleased, but second order of chest of drawers to match very disappointed. Whilst I appreciate there can be different variations in wood and shade, drawers are completely different from carcass and really stand out. Not happy at all! Also covered in sticky wax that was hard to get off before can use.”
