Disappointed that the console table ordered arrived without the two baskets. Quality not as good as I had hoped

The item I ordered could have been in a much better condition so I can’t give a rating which is higher than this.

Came very well packaged and looked good but when put in place (on a wooden floor) was very wobbly managed to lift it and put some kitchen roll under one leg and is now stable it also had one side joint very uneven but as that side doesn't show I decided to keep it as a 81 year old it is too much hassle to return.

Fast delivery. Both items we bought, had to have all of the edges sanded as they were very sharp. Damaged inside cupboard due to a bad piece of wood being used. Was offered £30.00 refund or a full collection, I opted for the refund, but am still waiting, but it's not been a week yet. So I'll wait for a little bit longer. But like the products.

Delivery was a day early which should have been good,however, Emailed to tell them I had left a key next door if I wasn’t in They delivered my bookcase and left it at the back door it was there all night as I was away for an overnight, just as well it didn’t rain!!!

Ordered a chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. Both were speedily delivered by Tuffnells Transport. Bedside cabinet was fine, chest of drawers badly damaged. Not surprised really as delivery guy from Tuffnells was throwing the boxes around in the van! A replacement was delivered very quickly with XDP and was undamaged. The driver was lovely and showed me how well packed his van was so items couldn’t fall about. Suggest you ditch Tuffnells if that’s how they treat customers packages. Furniture is well made and looks great, so alls well that ends well!

First time I bought from Roseland, one of the items (a bureau) arrived very badly damaged. If I hadn't persuaded the driver to remove the packaging, I would have been left with this rather large item sat in my hall, and the added inconvenience of arranging a return I decided to purchase a bureau from another company, but it took Roseland far too long to credit my account.

Furniture arrived with a small mark on the boat book shelf. We decided to accept this. This could have been done on assembly. But was on a face near the floor. Order was late by a week, Roseland blamed this on logistics, however they need to be reminded that the order was placed on themselves and not the logisticcs company.Sales of goods act is specific as you have entered into a contract between yourselves and Roseland furniture.

Fabulous service and delivery. I chose the free delivery option, and received the sideboard within a few days, and excellently packed. The sideboard itself looks lovely, just what I wanted - outer doors and top and drawers all good quality and sturdy. However, the internal and bottom shelves are a very flimsy material, only a few millimetres thick, and would give way under anything heavy.

Bit dissapointed in the quality of the product to be honest draw fit was poor as they do not fit flush with the carcass

Not particularly pleased with how the dressing table set was packaged. There was indents on the stool padding because of the way it was packaged. A line down the side and a square shaped imprint in the middle, presumably from a leg. The latter imprint has almost disappeared but the former hasn’t.

Furniture as expected ordered 8 only got 7 courier had 8 on delivery only received 7 disappointed that no follow up on rose land behalf and I need to chase and chase

I am very happy with the product I purchased, however, very disappointed with your chosen delivery firm. I live in a flat, and the product was dumped at the front door of the apartment block as apparently it’s not the driver’s job to ensure it’s delivered to my premise.

The bedside cabinets I bought were reflective of price I paid, need two more but think I would prefer to pay a bit more for better quality. But they ok for spare room. Delivery was messed up but received 2 days later. The manufacturer was very helpful

The furniture is good as we ah e had things from them before, their courier is another matter, waited in all day and they didn’t turn up, no explanation nothing, so we didn’t stay in the next day as I wasn’t wasting another day for a no show, apparently the drive either didn’t have time or couldn’t be bothered, so emailed seller and asked for a refund, and advised them to change couriers, personally I would use them again unless they have changed courier, so be warned you might have to stay in two days for you goods. Don’t say you haven’t been warned.

Unfortunately the delivery let your company down. There should have been two people making the delivery as per notice on Chest, there was only one and he had a foot injury and requested that we assist him in removing said item from van, after a lot of huffing it was eventually tipped into our Hallway
