“I received 3 items (2 bedside cabinets) and a farrow tv cabinet - 2 of the items weee faulty - the customer service was good and offered to replace both items or give me a small refund on the less damaged goods - quality looks good although the bedside cabinets dont appear as well made as the tv cabinet .. I’d like to order a sideboard and other items from roseland but am undecided as yet after my experience .”

“Arrived swiftly, but a little disappointed in the quality of the cupboard. The doors are not on straight and the floor of the cupboard is cheap board that is lifting in one corner. The price was fairly reasonable, so I guess you get what you pay for, but this doesn’t feel a solid piece of furniture.”

“The products I bought are great but communications were not. The first delivery date didn't happen. I received no reply to my email querying why. The delivery company will not let you leave a phone message. I was then sent another date by Roseland when I queried a delivery time window was told the delivery company didn't give these. This was odd as they had given me one for the first date.2 mins later the delivery co. sent me a time slot. On the morning of the delivery they rang to say they would be with me in an hour but wouldn't be coming into the house they would leave the parcels outside. Whilst I could understand this it made the fact I'd paid extra for a 2 man delivery team to help me get the furniture into the house pointless!. No one had told me this before the delivery. I emailed Roseland about this but still have had no reply. As it happened when they arrived they were exceptionally helpful and did bring them into the property. They also told me there had been a problem with the van on the first date. So all was well in the end,and as I said I am very happy with the product. However you really need to sort your communications out. I was very disappointed in this aspect as I expected better.”

“Nice table but unfortunately the bottom shelf (a thin veneered piece of plywood) was detached and the filler round the edge was all broken. Gave the impression of having sat around in its box a fair while or else dried out badly, or very roughly handled in shipping. Was it checked before dispatch? Hardly seemed worth the hassle of returning, so I self repaired, and is now OK, but not really good enough at the price.”

“Very dissapointed with the courier service. gave us a time frame and arrived early, when no-one in. second time arrived unannounced and left wrong item. third time arrived, again unannounced, item broken.”

“My experience is only acceptable due to the coronavirus situation, I order 2 items, the Tv cabinet I received first was damaged in two places. I rang immediately and was asked to forward photos which I did. I received the second item, no problem, I have sent the photos for the 3rd time today, I keep getting e-mails off different people, yesterday I replied to one that asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I replied saying a replacement please, Then again today I am being faked to forward photos, I know times are difficult and staff working from home but it’s getting very frustrating. I hope someone can reply and let me know when a replacement is bring sent.”

“great cabinet poor courier service poor customer service from xdp poor communication from but good communication from Roseland furniture would highly recommend Roseland nut just not their courier service XDP THEY ARE USELESS A WASTE OF SPACE this furniture was over a week late but that was down to courier service not Roseland”

“Very Quickly delivery, but damaged in transit. It did take getting Paypal involved to get a response and communication could have been better, but in this environment (COVID) i excuse them.”
