“I ordered 2xbedside cabinets and 1 chest of drawers. When delivered, the chest of drawers was not as ordered. Took up space for a week in my kitchen. 2nd attempt at getting it right... delivered exactly the same as the first one!!! I checked upon delivery though and the courier took it away along with the first one. First time ordering from Roseland so not very impressed. Third time lucky I hope! The bedside cabinets are nice enough in terms of look and quality. The people I spoke to were nice enough and apologetic but it would have been nice to have had a more ‘formal’ apology.”

“The product itself is amazing however, my product was damaged during transit leaving various indentations / scratches that have clouded the quality and may not order again given the cost of the furniture I would have expected it to be delivered damage free.”

“Ordered a grey bedside table ready assembled. However when unpacked there were 2 bits of damage, one being a indentation in the frame showing the wood through the grey and the second where the grey paint was coming away from the wood. The other mark was on the back of the table where the obviously sprayed grey paint was not completely covered and it was patchy. I was also surprised to see that it was made in Vietnam and not British. I was immediately offered a full refund, a replacement or keep the item with a part refund. However I was totally disenchanted with the product so decided to buy from someone else. I would like to add that my daughter, unbeknown to me at the time, had bought her lounge furniture from Roseland and was ver very happy with it. Hers was normal wood not coloured. Maybe that made the difference.”
