“Nice piece of furniture and it is excellent in the room and accommodates all our "kit". Having seen on the website the stand was a stock item and I paid, I heard nothing for about three weeks so the company need to sharpen up on the way they communicate. I only placed the order as the item was said to be available”

“Love my small blue chest , looks stunning in my hall, I’m pleased with the quality of my purchase and it is admired by by visitors. Out of stock when I ordered but it arrived before the estimated date, which was a lovely sunrise. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roseland Furniture in future.”

“Lovely furniture and very well made. However, getting hold of Roseland Furniture to gather an update on the delivery of my order proved a challenge. This would not put me off ordering more furniture from the same range, but just be aware that it made take some time to come into stock/ be delivered.”

“Absolutely delighted with the quality of the furniture . It arrived in beautiful condition well packed. Thanks also for the team allowing us to make an addition at short notice . We would also like to thank the delivery team lead by Floyd. Despite them having tyre problems they persevered and asked could they deliver late they came at 10 pm. They had driven a long way but still happily carried the very heavy furniture up to our bedroom, taking time and care Despite having another long journey ahead of them they were service personified The best we have had despite lots of deliveries to our new home”

“I’m so disappointed that I still haven’t received my furniture I only ordered it from you as I was told it would definitely be with me within 5/10 working days if in stock which it is in stock and it is now well over that time , not happy”

“Ordered a wardrobe. We were advised this had been sent to their hauliers, 2 weeks later the hauliers still haven’t received this. We are now trying to chase them to get our money back but are getting no communication. All very poor.”

“My order was returned to Roseland from the courier. I had to chase to find out what had happened as there was no contact from you or the courier. If the units were not being bought as a present, I would be requesting a refund. New units should have been dispatched but not had any confirmation. Find it v poor that Roseland nor the courier can give a delivery date. Very disappointed with the flimsy response from Roseland and will not be using their services again. Not a happy bunny.”

“My nest of tables are perfect. I love the solid wood and that every item I have bought has come assembled. I love Rosedale furniture. Prices are very reasonable too.”
