Our new propagator is extremely well made and was simple to assemble. Good materials and thoughtful touches.
Delivery was v quick. However, the large and very heavy box was deposited flat in the middle of the drive. My wife couldn't move it. It should have been placed on its side at either side or rear of the property.”

“I ordered the Occasional Bench which arrived, two days later we assembled it. Two people were needed.
I sat on it with the cushion supplied ( which is a bonus to have it included).
Sadly when I removed the cushion we discovered a split on one of struts of the seat.
I rang Rowlinson's and explained the problem and as requested I sent photos.
Within 3 days a new seat arrived, that's what I would call great customer service, the lady who I spoke to and organised the replacement was brilliant. So nice to deal with a family run company. Thank you.”

“This is the second metal shed I've purchsed recently & thankfully not from the same company.
I would not recommend at all, my builders were continually cutting themseleves on the sharp edges especially when peeling off the blue protection tape & putting the shed together which the instructions said it would take two hours for two men to put in together infact it took my builders 7hrs to put together. Also the instructions were useless the diagrams were too small to be of any use to any further erectors, not only that, but there were quite a few bolts with no threads & likewise nuts with no threads.
The metal sheets are very thin & flap around when touched or when it's windy which it has been for the last couple of days.”

“The bench is ok. Fine at best. I was a bit disappointed at how it arrived; some of the screws were rusty, sodden instruction manual, a crack in a support beam where a screw had gone in. When I flagged this up, customer services were great (I can't fault the customer services at all). To be fair, I was offered replacements of the parts I flagged up as underpar, and given justification of why screws were rusty, manual was wet, wood cracked (which I still can't quite swallow!) but I had already put the bench up as I needed it for an event and didn't have the energy to take it apart again and wait for replacement parts. They did offer me £15 compensation, which I declined as I was hoping for more.
I just think it's an ok bench, not massively sturdy and is it worth £170? Not quite.”

“The people I dealt with at Rowlinson were very helpful & pleasant. Unfortunately, that's where the good things ended.
The product I was sent was awful. I had to have one large panel & three other items replaced, but in all honesty, the whole thing needed replacing. There were faults with every panel, badly constructed,warped or the wrong dimensions. Nothing really fitted together without trying to bodge it.
I tried very hard to make it work, but in the end I will just have to scrap the whole thing.
Had the product been as good as the staff I spoke with, it would have been fine, but unfortunately this has let your company down very badly.”
