“My first purchase was the Mini Store, it arrived without the fixing kit and damage to the wooden parts, I am waiting for the fixing kit, I requested express delivery but no, I have to wait 3 - 5 working days whilst the components of the mini store wait to be assembled.
My second purchase was the larger Midi Store, during construction we discovered the back panel was missing a row of shiplap, we had to install it and fit our own wood to fill the gap in the back of the store.
I have asked for redress in the form of a partial refund but have been told only a replacement back panel can be offered, it’s impossible to take the whole store apart in order to fit a new back panel. I think it is very mean spirited to not offer some redress, I will not be ordering Rowlinson products in the future.
One bad experience is passable, but a second one unforgivable.”

“When the parasol eventually arrived it was the wrong colour from what was ordered.
Decided to make do as summer would be over by the time it got sent back and changed !!!”

“Items received in good order and very quickly. The bench was self assembly which was very straightforward and easy. Both items very sturdy and well made. “Ordered heavy duty garden trellis X3.
Heavy duty seems to equate to rough and poor quality.
Trellis 1 was not square but could pull it into place...suggesting light duty!
Trellis 2 broken and missing bits of wood.
Trellis 3 roughly sawn.
Arranged to have them returned and DBP sent a message to say would come anytime after 7am. I waited all day at home and sent messages but there was no reply and nobody turned up to collect.
So here I am sharing my experience with photos. I have included one photo of a quality trellis (one with plant attached) which was ½ the price of Rowlinson ones.

Excellent service, delivered promptly. The Archway, whilst being top quality had one shortcoming in that if, as in my case, the posts need to be set into the ground , this leaves little headroom, if like me (6'2") in height. I ended up going to B&Q for longer posts. But it is what it is, and the result is good.

“Our Tenbur Arbour arrived within the time estimated but sadly it had been damaged in transit. We contacted the supplier explaining the problem and sent a photo. Without any hassle, a replacement part in just a few days.

“The instructions for building "ShelterLogic 6x6 Shed In A Box" are easily the worst I have ever seen. Only eventually giving up and watching some videos on Youtube did I manage to make some sense of them.
No words at all - only pictures - and very confusing ones......almost threw the whole thing in the bin”

“We are really delighted with our 2m garden parasol. Exactly as decsribed, super easy to asseble and reallly looks the part. The delivery company were very impressive too. “The ShedLogic greenhouse in a box is a good concept and the components are generally well made but the instructions are confusing at best and completely misleading at worst. The labelling of the parts is non-existent and the big bag of bolts of varying sizes a nightmare
It took far longer to assemble than it should have done as a consequence

“Had a large crack appear on my corner arbour main beam told Rollinson about it and they say it’s acceptable ? If I was within my returns period I would have sent it back, not the quality I was expecting for the price that I paid !!”

“As a professioal craftsman the product is fine but....the ends of the Nylon rods are sharp from 'machne' cut off. For the unskilled pushing through the cloth fold would be impossible.
Shamfer the ends !!!

“Not quite as we expected but now much more robust with added strengthening to shelves. The cross slats of shelf bases were only stapled onto the mitred frame (not dovetailed as shown) underneath and would not take the weight of a plant pot display. We added wooden battens underneath the shelves which were screwed in to front and back of the shelf frames. The bottom shelf was reinforced with 4 engineering bricks placed underneath and just the right height. The top and middle shelf now rest on battens screwed to the back of the frame (same as the bottom shelf does in the original design).”
