We ordered the Premier Heavy Duty Picnic Table (1.2m) and were initially concerned due to a couple of QA issues—specifically, a split in the wood and a missing screw that could have been a safety issue. That said, the customer service was absolutely top-notch. They responded quickly, were very professional, and sent out replacement parts at no additional cost. Once assembled, the table itself is solid, sturdy, and well-suited for both private gardens and public outdoor spaces.
Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company responds that really matters—and Rowlinson handled it perfectly. I’d absolutely recommend doing business with them.”

“Overall an excellent prodict with just a couple of minor niggles.
The quality and finish is excellent apart from the very rough semi circular cutouts on the front legs just below the arm rests. More than just surface roughness, it will require some work with several grades of of sandpaper to get them properly smooth.
Assembly was straightforward but the main screws were not the easiest to tighten so the job took longer than anticipated. The hexagonal slots in the screw heads were too shallow allowing the allen key to easily slip. As a lot of torque is required to tighten the last inch or so of each screw to full tightness this made the entire process both difficult and slow. I found that coating the screw heads in vaseline did help, but onlt to a certain extent.”

“Good delivery from Rowlinson. The bin store is a great solution. It’s relatively easy to build, although a fair amount of drilling is required. You are essentially hanging the doors yourself. A bit of building/ DIY experience would definitely be a bonus. We love the look and the quality is top notch. Would recommend this company.”

“The parasol itself seems to be quite sturdy and well made although we haven't used it much yet. Two points regarding the customer service: we were not informed that we would receive 2 separate deliveries so thought there had been an error. Secondly, there doesn't seem to be a way of putting the cover on without partly dismantling the parasol. I enquired about this but am still waiting for an answer more than a week later. A couple of tips: if you are going to fill the base with sand, make sure trhat it is kiln dried sand, otherwise it will take you hours, if not days. And in windy weather it does swing around a bit so I had to tie it back with some strong cord (as I couldn't get the cover on!).”

“We ordered 9 picnic benches after considerable research, believing we had chosen well with a company that had been manufacturing their own furniture for nearly 100 years. We believed it would be a safe bet. Firstly they failed to deliver on the agreed date 3 times. When our products finally arrived, one bench stave snapped within 24 hours, and another bench also broke its leg shortly after. Furthermore, the pre-drilled holes for bolting the legs together are not templated accurately and therefore there is no consistency from one table to another, so when sat in a line they look uneven. This furniture is made with poor quality materials and in my opinion is not fit for purpose. I emailed to complain and no one responded. My husband did get hold of the company and they send new parts to repair.

“I'm really delighted with my Jaipur Garden Arbour. Ordering was easy and the delivery was very fast. Unfortunately, the bag containing the fixtures and fittings had spilt open in transit. We contacted customer service, and we received another pack within two days. Everything has been prompt, professional and friendly. The arbour sits in a perfect spot in our garden, and it has made a difference to an area that once had our sweet little rabbits living there. It felt very empty without the hutch there anymore, but now we can sit and look at the garden, in a special place with many happy memories.”

“Pleasantly surprised to find the replacement canopy still available for our gazebo that is over ten years old. Perfect fit replacing the original because of the seams now tearing due to weathering and fair wear and tear
Only disappointment was the high price for the replacement canopy compared to the price for a new gazebo, as it represents 40% of the current price, which seems a little disproportionate.”
