“This is not a delivery service, this is utter s**te very slow and inconsiderate to top it up + staff are not helpful at all, and after 3 days of ups and downs I've basically cancelled the order and asked for a refund, and that's maybe the only thing that they good at, paying refunds back.The stress and complexity of things that these guys involve into their deliveries it's mind-blowing STUPID. You wouldn't think that at this day in age,anyhow,hand on heart,every single time I've used royal mail there was a problem of some sort along the line.

I asked for redelivery three times and happened again and even with the request to redeliver to my local post office they left the "Sorry we missed..." at my flat!!!! I contacted customer service and they just make excuses that my local post office isn't in my range!!! although I could choose it and got the confirmation email and they told me to go and collect it myself from the royal mail office and hang up on me. An absolute disgarce!”

I sent items on their 48 tracked and 6 days later they don't exactly know where the items are, if they have attempted delivery, which they haven't and their customer service characters are a real joy to deal with. They only know bland robotic responses and haven't a clue. Little wonder Royal Fail deserve the press and reviews they get, truly awful.”
