In my experience a worthless organisation!! I know of a dog left for dead... Skin and bones tied to wire and I reported it with what 3 words for accuracy but a week later it's on deaths door! I'm cancelling my direct debit

RSPCA are "supposed" to be there for animals, but whenever you call them, they can't help with the issue. Not only that, but they won't listen or even make a note of anything you say, it's an absolute pointless waste of time. All you have to do is look at the higher-ups, they all drive fancy cars, great homes, etc., whilst they take donations from the public and put zero into actually helping people and their pets. Don't bother calling or donating to them, they're a massive scam.

Called multiple times for report of 30 starved horses just left in a paddock to die and rot and they didn't care because they state the property was " large enough" to get natural feed. Even that it's all dead and it's summer time. Half have died now just bones in the paddock

This organisation is simply a talk fest, rude, not humane, all they want to do is kill animals, this is unconscionable at least.

Absolutely disgusted.. I have adopted from the rspca in the past so I was always quite fond of them.. This morning I had a complete change of heart. Unfortunately I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my 20+ year old kitty to sleep as her cancer was deteriorating her. I called the rspca to arrange to take her in and put her to sleep.. The lady on the phone was very insensitive and rude. I started talking to her about what I needed and a lump of emotion built up in my throat.. I apologised and said give me a minute as I fought back my tears… SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! I was devastated.. For an organisation that is supposed to be ‘for the animals’ you need staff that are more compassionate and who actually care about their jobs… I will NEVER go to the rspca EVER again…

I totaly agree with most of thease Reviews, I phoned in a bout a wild animal being hit by a car and left to die, they took the details and called back 3 days later to say " Hello Mr ????, you reported an animal in distress, can you tell me more about it please" so I Replied, "Yes its probably dead by know 3 days later". So when you see their senior Managment Advertisement on TV where some one Rings in and they ask for adress etc and the RSPCA Woman says, " We'll Send Some one Straight Out", its a Load of "Flookin Poop", just to make you think they doo their job properly so your so Excited you'll make Financial Donations. All they want is your Money. Absolute load of Bull. I'd also like to point out 8m banned from Trust Pilot because companies don't want to see my Truthfull Reviews on Trust Pilot, they haven't Banned Me? Just Permenantly Susspended me from leaving Reviews for the rest of my life? They also allow businesses to Flag and Report Reviews they don't Like, so Tp can Remove your Review? Interestingly TP shows RSPCA as only 1•5 Star rating, this is because they have created a new Review System and if businesses don't PAY MORE MONEY, and transfer over to the new system, they get punished with bad Reviews, (Blackmail).

Ring and wait for 20 minutes plus to speak with someone. Over and over. Then get a paging service? They promised inspector coming today. Didn’t happen. Wtf???? Furious. No regard for animals whatsoever. I’m pursuing this appalling state of affairs. The animals I tried to get help for are probably dead now. I’m ready to top myself as animals are everything to me. To encounter such disgusting lack of regard has destroyed me. I will however continue to fight for the animals. Someone has to… and it ISN’T THE RSPCA 🥵🥵

All they are interested in is prosecuting people, they don't answer calls for help. They euthanise animals needlessly, even vets don't like to deal with them.

RSPCA indirectly harms animals via occupying the top spot for animal welfare charity in the public consciousness and sucking up donations and resources whilst doing absolutely nothing to help or to rescue abused animals. Every single time I have contacted the RSPCA to try and help an animal the RSPCA have redirected responsibility away to other agencies. The RSPCA is an immoral, money-grubbing company that exists off of animal cruelty.

Phoned RSPCA about a neglected cat that needed emergency treatment, unfortunately we were not the legal owners so we could not treat her, we explained the situation and they said they would come out the following day, week later and still nothing but unfortunately because the cat was in such a poor state, I then again took her to PDSA and had to have her euthanized, absolutely heartbroken, will not donate to this so called charity but will put the money aside, so if the occasion arises again then I will take her to a private vet 😥

Maybe if you all took a pay cut you would have funds to help the animals in need instead of lying to people on the adverts.. Also you are nothing like the tv programme , ARE YOU …..

Just got off the phone to the RSPCA feel embarrassed & humiliated by the way I was treated. Many months back reported neglect of a dog also many of my neighbours also reported the situation as heart breaking & cruel. I received a voice mail asking if I would heavily monitor the situation & contact them.Well I did the situation hasn’t improved the dog has a miserable life.Today the temperature was 29 degrees the do has been out since yesterday no shelter no water no garden as it’s full of high stinging nettles awful.Called to tell them how worried we are because of the heat especially with no water or shade or food.I was told they could see my notes the situation is the same & only want to be called if the animal get physically worse!!! Being laughed at for doing what they asked & basically made to feel that I am some sort idiot with nothing else to do with my time left me gob smacked.I said ok well a blond German Shepherd in full heat with no water is an emergency but apparently not!! I give up have know idea who to Call or get help for this poor dog.Never calling them again people only call because they care & want to do the right thing.May be a surprise to them & the awful rude women who took my call today we do have jobs & lives and don’t want to be in a cue for an hr waiting never again.

Hypocrites and murderers The RSPCA were involved in the raid and murder of 11 innocent and terrified dogs that were brutally dragged out of their beds and slaughtered in front of others by Monmouthshire council at the Lost Souls sanctuary on 15th August. They are supposed to be there to PROTECT animals! Why did they let this happen?

The person on the phone was extremely rude and condescending, and did not really want to take the report of 15 cats being locked up in a house in squalor. AT first he told me "they don't deal with things like that" when I said "I thought you dealt with animal welfare and abuse" he conceded to take the report. RSPCA is not worth the time, and do not act.

I heard about a horse and young foal abandoned on a waste ground. My first thought was to call the RSPCA., you know that so called caring animal service. BULLC**P. They didn't want to know. Went to the nearest police station in the end and told them. I explained what had happened and they said they were not surprised by their attitude as they have come across time and time again. They only attend when they know the animal is going to die - saves them money you see.

I am now very disappointed by the attitude of RSPCA staff responsible for adoptions, it’s as if they have their own agenda. I recently enquired about adopting 2 different female kelpies, aged 2yrs, that had been rescued from a puppy farm, and it is wonderful that the RSPCA does this…. I fully understand that these dogs have been traumatised and need special care so that they can learn to trust and bond with a human companion. I described my experience over nearly 30 years with my 4 rescued Kelpies. I described my large, peaceful and securely fenced backyard and that I would always give priority to this young dog’s needs as it bonded with me and my older Kelpie. But as soon as I mentioned I had a campervan and that down the track this young dog would join me, as my other girls had done, on trips to central coast to visit my elderly mum, they decided I would not be suitable to adopt either of these dogs. They insisted the dogs must go to a rural property because what I had proposed would be too traumatic, but leaving them in a caged enclosure at RSPCA Burwood, with multiple people engaging with these frightened dogs was OK! When I asked if I could meet the young Kelpie they said it would be too traumatic for them, I also asked if they would contact me once they felt the dog was ready to be adopted but no this was not an option. I can only hope these dogs are paired with a caring human companion, and have a wholesome, healthy and fulfilling long life.
