“Dog fleece...ordered S/M, much too baggy, returned & ordered S, body fits perfect but too tight round neck and no give in the fabric, the measurements on the size guide are incorrect. Wasted 2 lots of delivery charges and 2 trips to return, sorry won't be ordering any others.”

“We have a cockerpoo as an example, found very awkward to put on due to legs being non-elasticated and trying to get him to stay still to get his legs in was a pain and the same for removal.”

“The clothing I have no issues with it os very nice EVRi your choice of courier are abysmal in this area - I would t try and offer people alternatives on check out as using EVRi has put me off ordering again It was left at the wrong house - very close but wrong house - dropped and ran Previously all ours and neighbouring parcels dumped on the grass at the bottom of the lane at the side of the road I won’t use anyone for delivery via EVRi”
