“Very easy to order, items sent out on time and beautiful products. However, I have since discovered that I was charged twice by Rydale. I have messaged Rydake twice now but zero response so poor customer service. A real shame as great products but not managed very well. I will have to write a letter now as online contact doesn't work”

“I have been looking for a new fleece so looked at the label in my red one which I purchased about 45 years ago !! at the South of England Show. It is still going strong having seen me through all winters since. Amazing quality, shows no sign of wear and happily washed in the washing machine. My new navy blue one looks to be of the same quality but, unfortunately, I won't be around in another 45 years to compare ! Your efficient, speedy delivery a bonus. Thank you Rydale.”

“I ordered this shirt after receiving the same one from my daughter last year and wanted one not quite so fitted. I was disappointed that the shirt wasn’t 100% cotton, had no cover on the placket and the button on the cuff wasn’t pearlised! All alterations to save money. Still pleased, but disappointed the quality wasn’t the same.”

“I love this raincoat and it really does repel the water and keep my springer dry. I would recommend sizing up one size for a snug fit and 2 sizes for a loose fit.”

“My boots arrived quickly, ordering was ash and the boots I bought are fabulous and look so much more expensive. I normally take a size 8 but had read reviews so ordered a 7 slim fit and I’m glad I did as they are generously sized and loads of room to wear them over jeans and with thick socks. Might have to buy another colour now…….”

“Order arrived very quickly within just a couple of working day. The jacket is a perfect fit, lovely soft feel and seems well made. Its very warm to wear, thanks to the fleece type lining and certainly keeps the chill wind out. Would recommend 100%.”
