“Brilliant fleece , easy to put on due to it having the zip , keeps my dog warm and dry . Ordered the wrong size initially but customer services were great and sent out smaller one straight away, was refunded promptly for the other one too . Will definitely use this company again.”

“Dog coat buckle completely unfit for purpose. Poor design, cheap and doesn’t buckle as it’s meant to. It be ended up just tying to the loop which looks already like it will tear. How this passed any quality control is beyond me. Avoid this wax dog coat it fails on every level.”

“Really happy. These two jackets for my terriers are in addition to two that I brought from Rydale 18 months ago. Just in a different colour. They wash really well, look great on the dogs giving them flexibility to move and run around as they normally would. They are super warm too.”

“Very disappointed with my Lady Gransmoor wellingtons. I loved my first pair and although I ordered the same size as before the new pair are noticeably tighter around the calves therefore not able to pull the zip up fully or attach the popper strap. Have paid £89 for boots I cannot wear!”

“The boots looked nice but we’re far too small , so That I couldn’t get my foot into them, I am a standard size but they are clearly not, You also use Evri who despite the fact we have a long drive decided to leave them in my recycling box outside in the road when it was pouring with rain , luckily the bag was plastic but they were sat in a pool of water, I am still waiting for my refund 7 days later”

“The collar arrived looking beautiful. But after 1 day of wear, it had loose threads sticking out all over the place. I applied a fabric glue to the back of the collar to secure the threads, and snipped off the ones that had broken free. After 1 more day's wear, even more threads had escaped! So 2 days after receiving it, it looks like it's been dragged through a hedge backwards whilst being the rope in a game of 'tug 'o' war' between a pack of puppies. Very disappointing. (this site won't allow me to upload photos so I will email them.)”

“Some good quality items worth buying. Think there has been a mix up as some items don't appear to be the colour I ordered. Not impressed by the lightweight scarves on sale as print on them appears to be rubbing off after just 1 wear. Haven't had chance yet to look at all the items but did try on a jumper and glad I sized up as it fits nicely. Colours and weight are also very nice and are well packaged.”

“This was my first Rydale purchase. I am 69” tall, and I was not sure how the blouse would fit, so I only ordered 1 colour. It was a perfect fit, with ample sleeve length (I usually can’t find adequately long sleeves). The fabric is very high quality. I will order more in other colours!”

“Few things could be approved Larger hood,with longer cord as difficult to tie Poppers very hard to pop open Could do with bottom popper being further up or an extra popper added,as coat gaps”
