“We found Rydale almost by accident! We'd been looking at fleeces in the Barbour shop....decided they were ideal for us but were ultra expensive....so, we looked around and found Rydale... Rydale's fleeces are pretty much identical....VERY smart! We ordered (in total) 2 for me....female but tall....and 4 for my partner...male and about my height...5' 10" (in old money!) They were ALL perfect! SO perfect we ordered 2 of the long sleeve version (men's) and they, too, are really going to be VERY useful! 2 long sleeved ones for me are next on our shopping list! The sleeveless version is a reasonable £39.95 and the long sleeve version £44.95. GREAT prices for really lovely quality items! To add to that joy I had reason to speak to Customer Service and they were EXCELLENT!....polite, helpful and efficient...nice to deal with... I don't leave many Feedbacks but, when something this special comes along, I want the world to know! Super fast delivery too....even on Standard post...”

“I bought a Fedora hat in tan but unfortunately I had to return it as it didn't go with the coat I intended to wear with it ! I bought the same hat 2 years ago in red and I absolutely LOVE it. I wear it a lot and every time I get compliments from so many strangers. I wore it going horse racing and the cameraman followed me round taking a video of the hat!!!! I am SO pleased with it.”

“Lovely coat, looks really smart when riding and great for around the yard. Would definitely purchase again. I’m a size 12-14, and went for the 12 which fitted perfectly. I definitely recommend this to others”

“I purchased the Lady Gransmoor Wellies in a size 8 and when they arrived I found them to be bigger than expected - it actually said size 43 on the inside of the boot - which to my understanding is a size 9 - I rang and discussed the issue with Jordan - who was really polite and after emailing a photo showing size - she immediately sent me the returns label. Once I emailed the proof of postage - a new pair in the correct size was despatched - 5 * service and attitude!”

“Good quality fleece but I’d measured wrong so unfortunately it was too tight. Didn’t want to return it as it had dog hair on but gave it to my daughter for her dog. I will re-measure coythis time and get another one. Great value as had others at triple the price.”
