“Fantastic Service and the Quality of items are superb thank you. I bought some suede shoes and the stitching wasn’t right , but the gentleman that dealt with me on the phone didn’t catch his name is a asset to the Company,, dealt with my problem and was very efficient .”

“I chose this fleece firstly because the oatmeal colour was very different from my other fleeces. The zip up style and collar are good. Lovely snuggly pile fleece, cold spells bring it on I am ready!.”

“I purchased 4 items on line through their website, to be fair the delivery was to the ROI, i had paid for the delivery but nothing arrived. When i called the company ( 3 times ) to enquire how the order was getting on i got the same answer that they will contact the courier and come back to me . They never did. I then received a mail to say that the items were being returned to Rydale and that id have a refund to my account. I called the company to enquire what went wrong and like before the same answer, we will contact the courier to see what happened, Still waiting on an update.”

“Unfortunately sizes come up very small. I originally ordered a size 20 which should have been plenty large enough but sadly not, so I had to order a 22 which fits perfectly. Stupidly I forgot to send the first one back in time so am now the proud owner of a shirt that is way too small. On the plus side, the shirt is excellent quality.”

“The shoes are really good.. but I was disappointed as they were too small. I have an 8 in Clarks shoes. My feet are on the wide side to be fair. I still gave 5 stars though because the shoes were lovely, but sadly returned.”
