“Hi,order was delivered promptly, my body warmer was excellent quality and good fit.My wife's ridding boots size 5 were a very narrow tight fit,which was unusual as she always takes size 5 we were going to return them, but fortunately they fitted my daughter so she kept them. I am still waiting for the money though.”

“Excellent service. Prompt delivery. The cap is well made and just the right size. The only problem was it was green colours and I thought I'd ordered the oatmeal/brown, but I think that was probably my fault.. I may re-order oatmeal one later. But would definitely recommend Rydale.”

“Good service on order, to delivery. I've got several items from Rydale now. Shirt sleeve length good, very true colours etc., to website photos. Not so pleased with the jodhpurs because height my is 5' 9" leg length too short & waist to crutch not enough. Size 12 polo shirt, lovely length being tall, but a bit baggy on the top & sleeve. Sorry had to return the two items.”

“shipping to EU-continent was rather quick; Wellies Ladies Ripon2 size 8 is smaller than EU42 and the measurement differs: calf= 41 cm (43,5cm in description) and the height is 40 cm. Wellies Classic Men: size 8 = EU42, Calf circumference is 45 not 48 cm and the height is 39 cm. The wellies fit well and are Pretty nice”

“I received everything I ordered in a relatively quick timescale given the current pandemic. They were well packaged with clear returns information if needed. I bought 3 Huggate gilets/waistcoats (1 for hubby's birthday) and 2 polo belts (1 for hubby's birthday). I love my items although the difference between the dark denim and gunmetal gilets surprised me. They also have different zips and toggles! I kept both gilets as the size difference wasn't worth returning the item for. The belt (navy/sky/bonbon) is lovely but the holes are going to take some loosening up making it difficult to fasten at the moment. Hubby hasn't received his yet so will see how they fit him. Overall I am happy with the whole process and am happy with the items I've purchased. They are getting lots of use during the lockdown! I will purchase from Rydale again both online and at country shows.”
