“I bought a coat for my dog. The size is a little big after I measured my dog but still big. It absolutely does the trick. I think there should be a part for the lead to go through the back of the coat when dogs wear a harness. Other than that very happy with the product.”

“Fast and efficient service. My first order had a problem with it ( different widths of boots ) but it was dealt with well by Anna. I re-ordered another pair for my friends birthday. As well as ordering a pair for myself. I just couldn't resist lol. Thank you Rydale and Anna.”

“Experienced problems with website ordering but subsequent telephone service and delivery service was excellent and quick. Sizing comes up a bit on the small side so had to return first order for which customer pays. Would recommend sizing up on shirts. Very pleased with quality and style”

“Really fast postage and good price but the size 5 pair of boots I ordered were to big. I emailed to ask if I sent these back could I receive the next size down and had no reply. I sent the boots back with a note asking for size 4 instead of refund but this was ignored. I never really got the option on returns section. I have had a refund but would it not have been more beneficial for both of us to have just sent me the size 4s I'd asked for rather than refund? Refund was quick and that's great...”

“Good quality and lovely dark navy. Doesn’t come as large as other Ryedale cloths though. Zip a little bit sticky but may just be a one off with this item. Still recommend though!”

“Lovely quality but wrong order delivered twice - kept one in the end as I liked the quality and price! Disappointed as I had to pay£2.99 to send back when it wasn’t my fault but overall pretty good service considering Staff working from home. Also I paid extra for faster delivery for second order but it didn’t arrive any quicker than 1st delivery at cheaper option - just saying!”

“Both polo shirts are perfect, high quality with nice pops of contrast colour at buttons and side hem. Sadly whilst the pink sweatshirt is lovely quality too and fitted perfectly on sleeve length and chest, it is ridiculously long, think the ad should state for height 5'9" - I am 5'4", sadly couldn't return as my excitable labrador jumped up at me with his dirty paws whilst trying on - obviously liked pink!!”

“Have been buying from Rydale for many years at game fairs/online/etc good quality products hard wearing shirts are very good cut providing good length and fit this opinion is based on Forty years in the Textile industry at all levels.On top of this their service is first class.”
