“Boots were nice apart from being packed wrongly ,resulting in a fold on front of one boot which hasn’t come out unfortunately.”

“Having bought smaller size last year for my grandson I was pleased to receive larger size in 4 days despite difficult current circumstances when I needed to return splash suit for next size it arrived next day. Really good quality items and excellent service thanks will return to purchase again when he outgrows them.”

“I have several of the country check shirts & find then very comfortable to wear.The price (especially the £12.50 charge per shirt when two bought at the same time) is very reasonable. I would have given five stars except for the fact that for some strange reason the Tattershall Green shirt has sleeves two inches longer than the rest of the range. As I particularly like the coulour blend of this design I have decided to keep both shirts I ordered but have to admit this problem does cause concern when considering future orders from the range.”

“Quality of material and manufacture is excellent. Just one problem: that small Rydale label in the centre of the chest (held by the pocket stitching). They should be inside the collar. I will not wear the the shirts until I can find a way to remove the labels without damaging the shirts.”

“I found the price to be really generous and delivery was extremely quick eleven in normal circumstances (2 days after I ordered it). I did have to return one item due to my own fault and that was quite easy and my refund followed soon after.”

“I bought these two jumpers for my son, they were exactly as described and he was over the moon. Reasonably priced, delivery was slow as I had paid for faster delivery (1-2days) and it was a bit longer than that. Apart from that we are delighted with our purchase.”

“I bought the ladies Wistow hare print shirt which seems to be of good quality. The shirt is longer than expected which is is good in the body but the sleeves are a bit too long. I have only washed it once before I wear it for the first time so can’t comment on how well it will last. It was not possible to get all the creases out of the material when ironing it but I like the print and look forward to wearing the item.”

“Loved the item but it was a bit too big so had to return it - still waiting for refund though & no one has been in touch despite my enquiring! Have since ordered a smaller one which, as with the other orders, arrived promptly & was packaged really well!”
