“Very good quality fleece but despite measuring my dog it has come up a little bit tight. Good price and delivery was on point. I would buy from this company again but would be careful about the sizing”

“Bought 2 pairs of wellie socks as gifts. The socks are great, so I am very pleased with the purchase. However, I wasn't impressed with the delivery which ended up taking 7 days. The courier service was unsatisfactory (Hermes/Evri). I contacted customer service and the matter was dealt with quickly and efficiently, with my order arriving not long after I had contacted them.”

“It fits well on the body but the velcro piece is far too short and so we can not use that strap. Just needs more material and more velcro, so that it can be sued to keep the neck warm.”

“I ordered this shirt after receiving the same one from my daughter last year and wanted one not quite so fitted. I was disappointed that the shirt wasn’t 100% cotton, had no cover on the placket and the button on the cuff wasn’t pearlised! All alterations to save money. Still pleased, but disappointed the quality wasn’t the same.”

“Loved the look of green ankle wellingtons. Haven’t worn yet but fit well & will be able to wear thermal socks with them. Only downsize was delivery by courier Evri who took so long.”

“I have yet to wear the new Gillet but first impressions are good although internal pockets would be a good idea and when I opened the package a was surprised to find what at first glance appered to be internal pockets on both sides but upon closer inspection are only two internal flaps which could have been internal pockets if there had been some way of stitching the lower section. Also I see that you use EVRI and it would be helpful if this could be made visible at point of order as they have a number of delivery points which are very useful as I cannot have items delivered to my home address as anything left outside my front door is highly to be stolen.”

“Bought 2 dog fleece coats for our rescues for the colder weather & the quality is very good given the price point of some others. It will be interesting to see how they wash. One issue with these is the back zip which is very useful does up from the neck down to the tail - if you have ever had dogs you will know it is far easier to do it up from the bottom. Other than that I am p,eased so far”

“These looked lovely & are a fab quality. Unfortunately too tight across the ball of my foot. Shame they don’t do it in a wide fit. Returned 5/9. Still waiting for a refund on 12/9.”
