“Order of 3 items. 1 out of stock before delivery. 1 lovely polo shirt , and shoes that were too big so needed returning. You pay to return items. I would not have ordered just the polo top, which turned out more than I wanted to pay once 2 lots of postage was taken into account”

“I received a good quality tweed cap just 2 days after I ordered it for an extremely reasonable price ! What isn’t there to be happy about? Apart from my family’s displeasure at myself for wearing it 24/7.”

“Fantastic customer service and very prompt f.o.c delivery. I absolutely love my Rydale equestrian boots-on my 3rd pair now and so much better in a slim fit !! I have never needed to return any items but would assume an excellent service. Would recommend 5 star service all way round !!!”

“Bought good quality tattersall shirts at a very reasonable price. They were delivered quickly and efficiently. Tried Rydale Clothing because wanted shirts of good length (difficult to find) that don't pull out of waistband everytime you bend or sit. Wasn't disappointed. Thanks.”

“My order arrived but it was faulty. I've contacted customer services twice to ask for a replacement and I've heard nothing :-( It's my first time ordering with them and I like their merchandise but I'll think twice about ordering in the future - it's been too much of a faff!”
