“I bought a pairs of jeans and two chino jeans and was very impressed with the quality and comfort. They are as described in the description and arrived very quickly. I bought different sizes of all three and the returning process was very easy to complete. Thank you Rydale.”

“I’ve been buying these shirts for my son in law for quite a while. They are well made, affordable, launder well and, importantly he loves them! Fast delivery very important. Never had to return anything so never needed a refund.”

“Unfortunately the wax coat I ordered was faulty - the lining in one sleeve being twisted stopping my arm from being able to exit the sleeve. I paid for return postage at £2.99 and under the circumstances would have expected a postal refund. I would very much like to reorder the coat but am worried about the company's Quality Control. The 2 hats I ordered at the same time however were excellent and great value for money.”
