“First bought two Rydale shirts at the Great Yorkshire Show last year (2019). Never off my back, wife says they are easy to launder. Excellent value for money. Will not be looking at other outlets in the future, great choice of patterns and colors”

“It was a very easy to purchase Online after choosing my size. Postage was very quick even under the current circumstances of COVID-19. When my items arrived I was really impressed with the quality and correct sizing of each item. Unfortunately the yard boots I ordered didn’t fit but I hadn’t measured my foot correctly. However the returns was very quick and simple as well as the money being refunded with in a few days after I sent them to be returned! I will be purchasing from rydale more often from now on as it’s just an all round excellent service!”

“Sadly the hat arrived with the top of the hat all dinted and out of shape. I rang customer service regarding advice on how to get the hat back into shape followed up by an email. As yet I'm still awaiting a response. I would have given a higher score if I'd have had a response. Besides all of the above the design and colour of the hat are fab”

“I purchased the jacket on line , only to receive an email the next day to say it was sold out. Really disappointed as I buy from Rydale frequently at agricultural shows. I did get a refund very speedily.”

“Slightly disappointed. Bought two shirts advertised as two for £25, so obviously I agreed to that price. When delivered , one of the shirts, the Wetwang carried a standard price tag of two for £18.”

“First delivery of a Panama hat was great. However can’t say it was the same experience when I ordered a second. It arrived damaged I had to return it and am still waiting for it’s replacement :(”
