“I actually found 1st Contact not to be that good I forwarded money from my Australian Account on Thursday morning at 7.55am and did not received my money into My U.K. Account until Monday afternoon. It was Nothing to do with my bank either once they received my money from 1st Contact on the Monday afternoon they immediately put it into my account. I feel 1st Contact was far to slack in forwarding my money into my U.K. bank account have severe reservations about using them again.”

“Sincerely I can say, 1st Contact provides the best and most reliable service I've experienced from a service provider. When I've encountered an, issue through no fault of 1st Contact’s, it has been dealt with swiftly and proficiently, by the 1st Contact staff. Calls have been answered by well spoken, professional staff that return calls when they say they will. As for pricing and delivery time I have found these to be acceptable and refreshingly constant when compared to the complete service package provided by other companies. For these reasons I've used the services of 1st Contact for 12 years with more than 140 Forex transactions and with that many transactions it's great to have every 5th transaction for free including the birthday gift, free transaction.
