Hi Renata, We're so sorry for the inconvenience. We unfortunately experienced a processing failure with your transaction which resulted in the delay. We believe our colleague Sebastian was providing you with updates and confirmed that the funds will be in your daughter's account this morning. When we reprocessed your transfer, we immediately added the fee you were charged of GBP25 onto your transfer amount in an attempt to make up for the delay. Therefore, an amount of SEK15,350.92 was transferred to your daughter, instead of SEK15,000.00. We investigated and understand the failure and can assure you that you won’t encounter this delay again.
